They have no parking. They charge you for the privilege of being able to park in a parking garage across the street. This should be included as an amenity, not something you have to pay extra for. What hotel doesn’t include parking as an amenity? Then you have to pay a $100 deposit that you might eventually get back in a few weeks. Parking costs about $25 a day. You think they would at least include a complementary breakfast or something after making you pay all of these hidden costs and having to walk a mile (flights of stairs in parking garage + walking to the garage) but no. They give very little for what they charge you.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Our only complaint was that the pool heater was not turned on and therefore it was way too cold to swim in the indoor or outdoor pool. I was also really looking forward to enjoying the sundeck but they had it closed starting Friday morning all the way to Sunday morning for a wedding that took place sometime Sunday where only maybe half of it was used. I think it would be beneficial to adjust set up times that allow guest to still enjoy that immenity sometime during the weekend.

Great places to eat within walking distance. The beach views were very nice. I wasn’t too Impressed with the friendliness of staff. I had to go to the front desk for an issue, the lady there was doing something on the computer and never even acknowledged me. Finally another worker came up and offered to help. The beds in the room were so hard that I had to sleep with pillows under me(I understand this is a matter of preference). The AC unit in the room was so loud it sounded like a jet getting ready to take off every time is turned on. I didn’t sleep well due to waking up each time the AC came on. They charge a parking fee, however the parking garage elevator was down the entire time causing us to have to walk up 5-6 flights of steps each time unless we wanted to pay extra for a valet. I witnessed several families have to walk the ramp up 5 stories with a stroller because they couldn’t take the elevator and couldn’t navigate the steps with a stroller. I don’t think I’d choose this hotel to stay at again.

The room had a great view. Beds were clean and neat, though not the most comfortable. Bathroom cleaning was not completely thourough. The parking deck only allowed Valet parking on the first two levels and the elevator was out of order, so that was rather inconvenient. Parking was not included in the price of the room either, so that was an extra charge. Overall we had a decent stay, but there is certainly room for improvement.

Perfect location, straight onto the beach, plenty of nice places to sit and read. I highly recommend the 3rd floor with easy access to the large sun deck. À great place to watch the sunrise. Lagerheads restaurant has delicious beach food, and many other great places in walking distance. I’ve peeked in at the other nearby Hilton properties and this one has the best combination of amenities for us.

Beautiful landscaping, oceanfront patio area with rocking chairs, adirondak chairs, 3rd floor sundeck with tables chairs, lounge chairs. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Not a good stay. The elevator in our parking garage was out the entire time so we had limited access to go anywhere. I was in injured in a car accident with 20 fractures. The elevator being out really hurt us. We still had to pay for it 😡also while trying to leave the staff moved many cars to block the entrance and exit and refused to move because they were getting ready for a conference. The attendant was rude and it took an hour and a half to load the luggage! Also I paid extra to get an unobstructed ocean view. When I got there it was obstructed with the 3rd floor sitting area. They did move us but wanted to charge us more for a downgraded room. Also a one dollar bill was folded into a T-shirt and placed in the safe. My friend touched it and threw up all night. I tried to tell the staff it might be laced but they didn’t speak English. Overall not a good stay

Cleanliness was topnotch. The staff were excellent. I didn't like the couch in our room. It's old with a lot of stains. The management should do something about this
