I liked the hand sanitizer dispenser in the elevator but it seems that the second elevator has been down for an extended period. I didn’t really see employees continually cleaning which was a bit disconcerting given COVID-19. Given the amount you pay not having an actual breakfast bar was disappointing. I understand it’s due to COVID-19 but then maybe the cost should factor in no breakfast bar.

They only had one working elevator during our entire stay (Thursday through Sunday) and we were on the 11th floor. Also, our ice maker on our floor was out of service, so we had to go to the 8th floor to get ice. Loved the additional seating area and fridge. The bedroom was pretty crammed with two beds in it but the beds were comfy. We received no compensation for the non-working elevator or ice machine.

Great room, however I was disappointed to be placed on the 1st floor even though I requested for a room on a higher level. When I asked for a room higher up, I was told it was not possible

Staff was extremely friendly, an older property, but we'll maintained. No musty or moldy smell and everything worked fine. The room set up is GREAT!!! Living room area

Our recent stay at Comfort Suites was quite comfortable and in a very convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast timing was convenient and had a nice selection. We did not use the pool or fitness center but both looked clean and well appointed. We were very happy with our room on the 8th floor, very spacious and comfortable. The negatives we experienced were the noisy evenings on Friday and Saturday; which we should have expected being on 24th Street. Also the bathroom shower did not hold water very well, we had to point the shower head into the wall in order to not have a flooded bathroom floor. Overall we would definitely stay again and have already recommended the hotel to friends, although we recommended staying on an even higher floor due to noise.

This hotel is in a very good location and right on the beach which is super convenient. However, it's outdated. There is no lobby with exit to the beach, you have to go through the garage. The elevators are slow, and are not very big. You will need to use quite a few towels in front of the shower, as it leaks through the glass door. There was dust in a lot of places throughout the room, and sheets were wrinkled (not starched). It gets noisy at night, because you can hear music through the bedroom window. Breakfast is simple. Stuff is very nice and helpful. Overall, I don't think this hotel is worth the money they charge.

Everything was great and I can’t wait to come back

Jamie,one of the managers at the hotel was welcoming and very accomodating. The hotel was good, it provided free coffe and tea at all times in the lobby. In addition, everyone who worked there was pleasant and welcoming also. The buffet provided a lot of options such as eggs, waffles, bacon, juices, bagels, breads, yogurts and fruits. The dining area for breakfast was clean and provided a great veiw. The private balcony facing the water was essential. Cons of the hotel in terms of personal preference; the beds were very hard, which was uncomfortable. Lastly, the rooms tempature was rather damp even with the air conditioner. However, despite these, the overall welcome and accomodations were great and are recommended.

The room was extremely clean, love the modern look. The staff was amazing!!!

The young lady who checked me out was amazing and great at her job - I believe her name was Kristine very professional

Hello, I am sorry that you did not have a great stay with us. Unfortunately, we are 100% non-smoking on the property including the balconies to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay with us. There is the boardwalk right outside of the hotel that has a wonderful view for smoking.

Thanks for your feedback. Please know that even though you didn't see it, we are definitely cleaning! We have an entire position we refer to as Covid Porter whose sole job it is to rove the common areas of the building - including the stairwells and the hallways - wiping down and cleaning with disinfectant. They pay special attention to high touch points such as door knobs and elevator buttons. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to serve you again in the future.

Thank you forr your feedback. We do not provide compensation for the elevator situation because it is completely outside of the control of the hotel and in the hands of the third party we have contracted to maintain and repair the elevators. We do not have ice machines on every floor, as I'm sure you're aware, so we do not compensate guests who have to go to a floor other than their own for ice.
