Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and quiet. Breakfast is fabulous! Please note you must pay for parking, which is not with the hotel.

The first room I was in was a double and it wasn’t cleaned well. One of the beds was not changed and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. The bed was the giveaway one bed was tucked and neat the other was wrinkled and not tucked and pillows were not fresh !!!

After experiencing the discomfort and disrespect at the Hyatt, the Embassy Suites was a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly accommodating, providing us with a clean, comfortable room and treating us with kindness and respect. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, which made all the difference in turning our stay around. We were truly grateful for the positive experience and felt valued as guests, something we didn’t get at the Hyatt. The evening reception with snacks and 2 free beverages was a plus. Breakfast is fantastic. The quality of the bed was magnificent. The room was spacious, clean and relatively quiet. I enjoyed my stay
