The room was great, and had everything tlyou could thinknof, staff was super friendly and polite. Pizza place was attached to lobby, was good, and very convenient. The pool was nice, it was just small and indoors - but i guess it worked out for late nights and rainy days. Parking garage is awful for large SUVS unless you are an excellent driver and even better at parking.

My family and I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk and a short 20-minute drive to Sandbridge, where it is a lot more peaceful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Even though there was nothing glaring about our room, we definitely needed to scrub our bathroom, which we did. The bed was clean, but not comfortable. The pull-out bed for my daughter was questionable, but the linens were clean, and she had no issues sleeping. The elevator was the slowest ever. For my capable family, we just took the stairs. When we moved in and out, we were able to use the elevator effectively because it was a little bit faster during off times. The parking is available but a bit tight, depending on the size of the vehicle. There are quite a few concrete barriers. The hallways really needed to be vacuumed. There was a mess when we arrived, and it was still there when we left. The rooms and the hotel itself was fairly quiet, but the outside noise is quite loud. Our corner room felt like we were on the street at times from the bedroom. Having said that, we were so tired from the day that we weren't too bothered. All in all, it was a decent stay for us for two nights. We likely would not have made it a full week.

I say be careful at check in. We were charged a crazy rate on top of the normal holding fee of $100. When the room was already paid for. The hold of almost $400 dollars took always from our weekend funds. It was very inconvenient. The young lady reversed the error the guy made but the hold doesn't drop immediately so it didn't really help.

The price was okay compared to what we got. We had the view of the ocean. We have Had a full kitchen and it seemed clean. The bathroom had hair and dirt spots but I alway travel with my own cleaning supplies so that wasn'ttoo much of an issue. The front desk was welcoming. The only huge problem was the walls/doors are paper thin we could hear everything surrounding our room and the elevators was down or was not working for our whole stay. You would wait 10 mins or more. You could take the stair but who wants to do that coming from the 8th or 9th floor?

for just a two night stay we had to be moved to another room due to the adjacent door connecting to our room was associated with loud children, blasting tv and adults yelling. we where put on the 5th floor at first where it seems to be where all the younger adults gather for the arcade room and festivities on there so if your old and want to rest dont be put on the 5th floor. then we where moved to the 9th floor and had to smell the WEED smell on our balcony the last complaint was waiting all day to enjoy the adult time in the pool from 9pm to 11pm and going there to still see many children still in the pool. when asking the worker she shrugged her shoulders and flipped her hands over. then when my fiance asked her she said she told them to leave but Oh well attitude. totally disapointed!! Also the shower valve was installed incorrectly, was way too hot to the left then stopped in the center and too hot to the right with no cold mixing...The lobby/pool area was way too loud...

My room was filled with backed up dust throughout the room, sheets were not clean, bathroom faucet was dirty. The resort has a stupid rule for kids not to be allowed to swim after 9, the last 2hrs is adult swim only. It’s Spring Break children wants to swim and enjoy their vacation, especially when it’s too cold for the beach and with the resort having an inside pool. Just crazy.
