Terrible experience – Charged twice and awful conditions
I paid for my stay in full through Expedia, but the hotel charged me again upon arrival, claiming it was just a $40/day deposit. I ended up paying twice. Staff gave me no answers until the next day, and the manager (not polite at all) admitted it was their mistake, promising a refund that I still haven’t received after three days.
The room smelled heavily of humidity, the air conditioning barely worked, and the balcony had leaks. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
