When we first arrived to check in had to hit bell twice because she was in her home caring for her children, I received no receipt or information about room number.. she told me verbally which she was hard to understand, then I get to room and it’s nothing like pictures online.. the door handle looked broken, toilet paper in toilet, hair in sink like a man had shaved, hair on floor, could not close bathroom door, dead bugs on wall where someone had mashed them, no batteries on remote, once received batteries then the remote did not work tv, bed was hard like lying on piece of wood, bed frame made out of tin that made terrible noises whenever you moved.. the sheets were dirty. We literally bought 2 blankets for $75 to sleep on.. the pier did not have a barrier so if you bring small children please watch them.. checked out at 9 and the office was closed with door locked .. guess she slept in with her children.. will not stay again and do not recommend

Very dirty, the smell is terrible. I can’t sleep because the smell of smoke is so bad. I required to change the room but they refused. They said the other rooms lock is broken. Don’t stay here to protect your noses.

Seashire checked us in at 5:30 pm on 8/6/22 and the room was not ready, it had used dirty bedding from the previous guests, dried up bodily fluids, food stuck to the covers , there were no light bulbs and the fire alarm was beeping, I asked the hotel front desk person at least 3 times to please have the room cleaned and listed all the items that needed attention she kept saying that the housekeeper was on her way and that never happened, I gave them chances to fix the room while we went to get dinner , we got back at 7 pm and still not fixed, left again and came back from dinner at 10:30 pm the room was still not cleaned;Amy the house keeper took the fire alarm off so it would stop beeping, still no lightbulbs and sheets had stains and hair. my two children and I had to leave the hotel that night even if we had to sleep in the car due to the terrible unsanitary conditions, Amy was the acting front desk person at that time she said that there was no manager and had a cordless phone with her, Amy contacted the manager over the phone who approved a refund due to us leaving the property that same night with my children were tired and no place to sleep; not safe no front desk on premises at night ,Amy asked me to contact Orbitz Yet she responded to an email from orbits denying the refund already approved and the abuse I had to undergo by this hotel, very dangerous , there was people smoking MJ in the hotel parking lot.

The lady at the desk was so incredibly nice, the cleaning staff did what they could to keep the rooms as clean as they could with what they had to work with. BUT YUCK!! We first noticed how sticky the carpet was when we walked in, then discovered the refrigerator was rusty around the seal, & there were no shelves inside it. The lights on the wall didn't work, the tv was leaned against the wall instead of hanging on the wall mount. There was no latch to prevent the door from opening if our little child tried to open the door. There also was a missing battery in the smoke detector. I asked for another room, we looked at 3 more that were as bad as the one we had. We had to leave because we were not comfortable at all staying there. Location was 1 block from the beach tho, hope they are able to turn things around.

Oh my god this place was horrible. I'll start with the good as that will be quicker... it was very close to the beach, the view from our room was very nice, the lady at check in was nice. As for the bad, this place was disgusting. I'm not one to be picky about hotels, they're usually just a place to sleep, but even this place had me wanting to leave early. The room smelled like smoke (even though it was a non smoking room) and the smell of weed was everywhere outside and seeped into our room on the last night. The floor was definitely not cleaned, the toilet had skid marks in, the microwave was gross, there was still sand and dirt on surfaces. My husband had to go ask for a trash can as there was none in the room (which was not a big deal, at least the trash had been emptied). When I went down to ask if the room had even been cleaned the man at the desk just said of course it was and told me they are fully booked. I don't care that you're fully booked. Lastly, at check out, we had to leave around 5:30am and no one was at the desk, there was no place to leave the room keys as the office door was locked. My husband and I decided to leave our keys in the room and leave and call at a later hour to let them know we tried to check out and left but with the 12 times he called there was never an answer or an option to leave a voicemail and when he emailed the email on their website he immediately received and automated 'this is not a valid email' response.

The first room was dirty so was moved to a "clean" room. Smelt nasty. Was still dirty. Looked like the only thing they might have done was change the sheets. The cable halfes worked. Had 2 frigdes but one only half wored and the other smelt like rotten fish. The microwave was filled with stuff spattered all over it. The bathroom door would not shut do to being broken. Beds where never uncomfortable. Worst place i have ever stayed at.

Nice rustic setting somehow placed in an urban surrounding. Nestled nicely within walking distance from the beach!!!

Unfortunately once you get bad service, nothing can meake up for it. The most annoying sapect was the advertised cable did not work. I got in around 9:30, asked about cable around 10 PM. Eventually a guy showed up, fiddled with the cable box ( no power), said he'd be right back. Never came and missed my early morning business shows. No place to do work so I left early. Asked for discount for no cable, denied. No place to sit and do work, so I left early. Smelled of smoke, smoke detector battery gone, security latch gone.Ice machine broken.

There were insects on beds and in the room and bathrooms I ended up booking another room at a different hotel. I would like a refund for this stay I can provide photos if needed as proof of how bad the room was

The place was absolutly the worst and unsafe place I've ever seen in my life!!!! The electric outlets were hanging out of the wall, the phone jack was broken causing the phone not to work, the sliding glass door did not have a handle on it nor a lock, the mini refrigerator had no seal so it was completely iced up inside, the ac was so filthy and clogged that it wouldn't cool, spent the first hour cleaning the filters and vents just to have a little cool air. Finally, after a couple hours of being there cleaning and with the unsafe hazards of the electric, fridge, etc... we checked out. The manager refused to reimburse me for the additional nights that I had originally booked but was not going to stay. Even with ORBITZ calling him twice, he flat refused. DON'T GO HERE!

It was nice and very close to the beach but my only complaint is that There was trash in my room i don’t know if didn’t clean my or not.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel.
