Location was the best! Great selection of restaurants nearby in beautiful neighborhood.

We ordered a king size bed in the room and got two queens. We had to pay $25.00 for parking.

I have been to the Omni in Charlottesville, VA and was hoping that the one in Richmond would compare. In many ways it does but I found that they had some difficulty regarding valet and dealing with any "rushes" when there were more people coming and going. Everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay very much.

They were all so nice to me! I will stay there every Christmas trip from now on!

you get what you pay for thanks to the great support staff

Staff was amazing and accommodating. Truly, I’d come back just because they were so great. However, my room did not have a trash can, Kleenex, a hair dryer, and my keys never worked. WiFi was iffy. Massive dust on the counters. The bed was comfie, but the pillows were awful and uncomfortable.

The room was near the elevator bank and one of the elevators made a loud grinding noise at various times in the night waking me up. I went to the restaurant and ordered two over-easy eggs and toast. This took over 20 minutes, and when it arrived, was cold... the server did not come check on me, never refilled my coffee... at least they comped the breakfast. I will not be staying here again.

Dirty towels, no hangars available, iron didn’t work, no available bottles of water in the room

Very pleasant stay as always. We look forward to coming back again later this year.

Very pleased, close to great restaurants and canal walk.

Nicest hotel in downtown Richmond. More contemporary than the Berkeley, as some might prefer over this hotel, but the Berkeley is for older people with that “old money.” New generations would prefer this hotel. Nice all around

Very nice hotel in downtown RVA. Wish the hotel staff didn't walk in on me while I was in my underwear. Even with the 'privacy please' sign on the door. I'm sure I would get an equally positive rating.

Everything went well. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and great free shuttle service to local cultural and historical sites

ok, had an alarm go off on our floor during stay, staff very low on guest service, except pbx lady who programed wake up calls. I could tell she was smiling. the others no smiles and silence in the elevator. guest service 101, not so much.
