The rooms are spacious and my room had a large tub. I stayed on a Sunday and Monday and it seemed a lot of businesses and were closed. Dining options at the Hotel restaurant were limited but delicious. I booked primary for the pool and it didn't disappoint. I appreciated the indoor and outdoor sun chairs.

It said walkable, there were a few restaurants but not many. Some homeless around I asked the desk if it was safe to walk alone, they seemed skeptical

A great property. Excellent condition, efficient check-in/checkout, efficient valet service, great breakfast, and security is a priority. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, clean and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. All in all, a good value.

The best choice
This is the last night of a three week road trip through the south. With seven different cities and at least two night stay in each one, this was my favorite hotel, Great location, great public spaces, very good restaruant, very comfortable bed and pillows, and it was quite at night. Thumbs up here.

The hotel was a solid stay. Next time I’m In Richmond I’ll probably stay at a different hotel but this option was good—clean, some nice amenities and restaurants. They surprisingly charge for WiFi.

I had not been to Richmond in 25 years and wasn't sure where to stay. The last time I was in town, it wasn't all that safe, but I was extremely comfortable at the Omni. I walked the area, enjoyed wonderful food and was pleased at the friendliness of the staff! Thank you and I would stay here again if in Richmond!

Nice - kind of basic for the price but no issues. Valet parking system was down - it would have been nice for them to tell me that when I deposited the car rather than after I spent five minutes going through the automated system for them to tell me they had no record of my vehicle and then waiting in line for 5 minutes to learn that system was not working

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed it, but I do have to comment on a couple of negatives. The room was comfortable but its missing a microwave. (Respectful suggestion) Just so that customers can heat food up when they have leftovers from the hotel restaurant, or from one of the local eateries. Lastly, the hotel restaurant service for brunch on Saturday was disappointing. There was a sign that read "please wait to be seated" but there was no one there to greet customers. We saw that there were customers eating and being served in the restaurant, but no one thought to come and seat/address us. One of the employees finally came up and we asked him how long the wait was, and he told us he would "check with the manager", but never returned. We waited for about 5 minutes when another employee walked up from the bar. We asked him about seating and eating and he told us he would inquire. After another 10 minutes, the customers that were waiting with us, decided to leave and go to one of the local eateries. As they left, one of the employees came out and told us that the manager, (white female) wasn't seating anyone else. But at the same time, customers were still inside eating and being served. At that point, we had no choice, and decided to leave for one of the local eateries. I am a paying customer, just like everyone else that was there, and my guest and I should have been afforded the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, just like everyone else. Thanks.

It was a good stay. Hotels.com could have informed us parking options. The hotel did after we used the valet service. Unfortunately, that was an extra $38 per night. The Omni was helpful in finding other parking options.
