Excellent staff and service at check-in. We had to wait for the luggage to be delivered, and the staff added a note to the file to text us when it arrived. The shuttle service was excellent. Sean was wonderful and very helpful. He made dinner reservations for us across the street. I didn't quite why Wi-FI isn't complimentary, and I had to agree to a FREE membership?

The beds sink in the middle - we tried 3 rooms. The rooms are a bit dark and one of our lamps didn't work properly. Overall not what we expect from an Omni. The shuttle was a nice feature , but that was the best feature of the hotel.

But: 1 making a reservation on their wonky website was a horror show 2 it was impossible to make a reservation at their restaurant (even though there were empty tables, 3,the hot water in our shower ran out after a few minutes, 4, there was no bathmat, so we had to use a spare bath towel to avoid slipping on the floor. For as much as I paid I figured these rooms and the hotel would be more well put together. The rooms were dusty behind the counters and the ironing board was super creeky.The elevators seemed a little dated and. The staff was very helpful. My nail in thr cofin was having to pay extra for breakfast. For all of this I would have just stayed at a Marriot.

I never stayed there.because you people didnt get the date changed. 8&9 to the. 9&10 you had plenty of time correct the dates. But did try to change the dates.I call on saturday you plenty of time too. You think you can beat people out of money like that. You could have offered another room at another hotel they didnt wont to change .l dont have 200.00 to give.Also left me stranded.when you told you had sent the hotel a reguest change. That was a lie.the hotel told me you never sent a request. Im not happy. I will fight this. Unfiar
