The room was clean. The staff was helpful and professional. What did not stand out were the pillows. For a upscale hotel the pillows could be much better!

The Omni is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location. They also have a great restaurant downstairs. The one thing I was frustrated about were the daily charges for Internet; but I was told at the end of my start that they refund those charges to guests. 8 didn't get to use the pool and sauna, but I'd like to the next time I stay

Everyone from check in to valet to the restaurant staff were AMAZING! So friendly. The hotel is clean and so beautiful. And the food was *chef’s kiss* fresh and delicious. The pool and hot tub were luxurious and clean. It was a delicious stay and I will definitely be back.
