When we stayed at a BW the night before for a much cheaper price, we had a free coffee bar and free breakfast. Paying more for Omni for fewer amenities makes less sense. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. I would stay again, but I would look for a Best Western in the area first.

Property is nice and has a great location adjacent to the walking mall.

I've been staying in the Omni for 25 years. I feels now like a old shoe. it convenient and comfortable and reliable. Its got the best location and its eerily quiet. Its also dated and long ago eclipsed by the many more modern funky rivals a short walk away. Omni Corp seems to have abandoned it and frozen it in a time warp. Thats a shame, for all the reasons above.

Great access to everything in town...especially the downtown mall.

Great location adn clean facility. Only issue was with the heat and air. our room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in as the thermostat and AC unit were not working properly to cool down the room.

Good - room just need a little bit of updating. Would go back to this property again.

Fantastic accommodations! The location was perfect! Directly on the downtown walking mall. Will definitely stay with the Omni again!

Conveniently located and well appointed, but rooms are incredibly noisy and poorly insulated. Hard to sleep. Also was told that there is no Omni Frequent Guest Program credit because I booked through Orbitz. Will not use Omni any more.

Needed a room close to downtown with restaurant, parking and wifi. Not inexpensive, but very nice room and facilities.

Nice place to stay. 2-3 minute walk to downtown mall. Friendly, helpful staff with the exception of one individual.

Dark, dreary rooms and public spaces. Tired decor with rooms desperately in need of an update. Photos online not accurate as rooms are dark and dim. Staff pleasant though.

That’s my only complaint. I was charged twice. Billing discrepancies happen. What is unacceptable is when the courteous and polite staff literally have no idea why you are charged twice and then ask you to wait a few days while they figure out why they’re confused. Awful experience. Nice hotel. I hope these people shut down.

Met friends for dinner and drinks at the Downtown mall and loved the location and ambiance of the Omni.

Best breakfast but pricey. Everything else is perfect.
