The handle in the shower need to be repaired. It was broken. Then the second day we were there the toilet blocked up no fault of ours. I told them late at night and they brought a plunger up. Normally any clog I’ve ever had could be cleared easily with a plunger to this never cleared. They had a major plumbing problem there.

NEKOCON ATTENDANT: Room was freezing the entire weekend as unit would not push out warm air after trying multiple times. The outside temperature was already cold and gets even colder at night. Also, switched the door sign to request towels and bedding refresh; service was two doors down when we left for the convention. Six hours later, we return and no refresh had been done.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Efficient, friendly & helpful. My only.complaint was cleanliness. My room wasnt made up at all after my first night. I did have the "Not yet" sign up but I removed it before 1pm & when i walked out of the room, housekeeping was still on my.floor.. I noticed after the 2nd night, the only thing that was done was the beds were made & i got fresh towels, washcloths, etc. The room hadnt been vacuumed, the bathroom wasnt really cleaned, sheets werent changed. I thought full service meant all of that.
