We had requested a second floor or lower room three times before our arrival and when we got there, we will put on the fifth floor. The parking situation was two blocks from the hotel and not secure. The hotel was in much need of repairs and an upgrade.

The hotel has greay views and access to the beach. Our room smelled horrible, was very outdated and needs major updated. The whole place could use some updates.

Check-in, after 4pm, was late. The front desk said that check in time is not a guarantee, in front of a room full of waiting guests. When I did get my room the carpet had orange stains, white paint streaks on the furniture, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Save your money. This was an ocean view suite with balcony.

Check-in experience was awful. Only one staff member was present and we waited over 45 minutes to check in. There was no parking out front of the hotel to unload our stuff due to the amount of people checking in at the same time. No luggage carts were available due to the high volume of people checking in. Elevator was super slow and the hallway was narrow. Our room key card consistently stopped working multiple times and we needed to have the front desk re-key the card. The WIFI was awful and did not work half the time. Housekeeping did not come into our room for 2 entire days and we had to ask the front desk for them to come in and give us new towels and sheets. No one came and we had to ask the front desk again. Front desk staff was MIA and we had to wait for someone to come out, as they were all talking in the back room. The sink in the bathroom of our room was clogged.

Nice beds, simplest room,great location, no on location parking but within walking distance of literally everything….housekeeping strange way of doing things….had to ask for towels everyday multiple times….all in all pretty good experience.

Hotel and room were as advertised. Staff were helpful when the A/C unit in our room broke down. They didn’t give us a different room but worked with a technician to get it fixed within 4 hours. Parking was offsite one block away. I would have no doubt staying here again.
