Made a reservation the night of 8/6 the Through Orbitz once I got there the front desk turned us away stating that they didn’t have any wins available for us and my children and I had to leave at 11 pm looking for a hotel for the night , Westing then proceeded to charge my credit card even tho I did not start there , and have not received a refund yet ! nightmare
The room was clean and the staff friendly. The only issue we’re minor maintenance things; the bulb in the bedside lamp kept flickering and the shower faucet was very loose. We will stay here again.
Hotel was good, not exceptional.
The inside of the hotel is super clean. Everyone is so polite. I will be making another stay real soon.

The hotel was so clean, had a great view of town center, and the best part was the staff! They were so friendly and I truly appreciated their hospitality!
The hotel looks great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. When other guests came and went, my room’s door, which was closed, would shake and slam. I had to put a towel under the door to keep it from waking me up.
Well located, well priced, and a great property. My usual choice when I'm down there.
