This hotel is just ok. Check in is not until 4 pm. You pay for nearby garage parking. They were understaffed so check is delayed. We had raw sewage coming up through the shower drain when the toilet was flushed but staff did fix the problem. The location is excellent and the water view is spectacular! However, I felt the room was overpriced and I was not a fan of the clothes closet being in the bathroom. I will try other nearby hotels on future visits.

The room was nice and the staff were great, but none of my trash cans had bags in them and the morning of my departure there was no hot water on my floor. The staff apologized for the inconvenience but I had to leave for a meeting so I was stuck with a freezing shower or none at all.

I was really disappointed when I spilled water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up the floor was filthy. I hadn’t been in the room yet and I just checked in. I don’t think they need to change how they clean. Them dust mops don’t clean dirt very well clearly. But its location is great for the waterside. It’s walking distance. The waterside has good eats and drinks.

I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel. The rooms are poorly designed. For example, you cannot open the closet door if the bathroom door is open, and hung sliding doors are just a hassle. The bathroom floor felt sticky. An alarm went off in the adjacent connected room at 6 a.m. and rang until I figured out how to contact the front desk and someone was sent up to turn it off. While the front desk attendant told me that this has been a problem there and apologized, the bill was not adjusted for the inconvenience of waking up at that hour when I really needed the sleep. There are no additional bed coverings, such as a blanket, in the closet, and no spread or coverlet on the bed - I used a jacket to cover my legs to stay warm enough. Instructions on using the shower might be helpful to guests who have not used a similar system. We figured it out, but it took awhile.
