No smoking on the balcony. Everything is outdated in the rooms. The lobby is the only thing up to date. If you don’t like dogs, don’t come here. The dog next door barked all night. Room was very spacious but not the cleanest. Bed was soft and comfortable.

I’ve stayed here a few times. This property is run down and needs renovation and updates. The beach is awesome. So are the views. But the rooms all have a slightly musty smell. The carpets in the rooms need to be replaced. The paint is chipping and marked up. The beds are soft and kind of lumpy. You can have a good stay here at a lower cost if these issues don’t bother you. The beach is not crowded on this block which is a Mike or so north of the main tourist area. The staff seems friendly and professional. Summary Beach and views - A+ Building and rooms - D

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and staff were friendly. However, the elevators and parking garage were dirty, while a bit separate from the hotel lobby, the elevator still goes up to the rooms. Also, there were no sidewalks outside of the hotel to walk near the street. So it's not walkable. But we loved the room, view was beautiful, check-in was smooth and we enjoyed our night here.

The staff were lovely but they probably could use more support. The room had stains on the walls as did the bedding. There was an unexplained hole in the wall and the “speaker” in the room kept crackling. Great location - the building just seems rundown.

My family and myself spent a week in this property and it was worth paying the money that I paid. The ocean front view was fantastic, the cleanness of the rooms and including the staff was nice.

For the hotel to be so expensive it’s like a big red roof. There was a hole in our wall, the wallpaper was peeling off, the shower head needs to be replaced, the furniture was old and rusted, the doors for the bathroom and the front door hardly shut. In my aunt room, her sink was about to fall off, they have an automatic fan in the bathroom that just sound like it needed help. We both booked for an ocean front view and got a glimpse of the beach if you bend your neck to the side. The site says they offer free breakfast which was the only reason my family booked this hotel. When we went to get the breakfast they charged $21. It is definitely not handicap friendly because they have a series of 3-4 buildings. The parking lot closer to the bigger building is extremely small. The hotel is ran down and not worth the money. I recommend staying at a nicer hotel that for sure has free breakfast included. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the raggedy hotel.

Nice hotel. Very quiet and enjoyable. Only con was not enough Handicap parking spaces. However I would recommend and return to stay. Great place and we really didn't have to leave out because our room was above the band which was really nice.

Restaurant next door and band played at 7pm. Free concert 😁

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel that I have stayed in that I can recall. The elevator area, corridors, pool and grounds are poorly cleaned and kept. The walls are smeared with dirt, the ceiling tiles are falling in on the first floor, the elevators are filthy with visible dirt on the doors and walls. The pool waters are murky. The jacuzzi is low on water. There is an awful odor on the first floor in the “tower” building. Upstairs I stayed on the 17th floor and linen and trash bags sat in the hallway floor ALL NIGHT LONG. Our toilet in the room was clogged and it took hours before we got assistance. We ended up going to find someone to give us a plunger (which still didn’t work) and then had to wait for it to be snaked. Me and my kids held our bladder because we wouldn’t dare go to use a lobby commode. I was beyond disappointed in this stay and will never stay there again nor recommend anyone visit this hotel. I am certain that the sand on the beach was the cleanliest part of this stay!!!
