No seating at the entrances for waiting on rides, ie. Uber and/or Lyft. A bench on each side of the doors entrances would be customer considerate. Standing or walking back and forward waiting wasn't convenient.

Just Nasty

When I arrived in my room my toilet wouldn't stop running, Had to call maintenance as soon as we walked in. After we flushed the toilet. It was clogged, Maintenance was called again. Now we go to the pool, Two hotel for one pool. Unacceptable. Breakfast was a joke. Again two hotel for one breakfast area. Waited in line for waffles for 40 min. To add to it i left my Favorite engraved cup with my name on it. Called and 20 mins later, but was going over the cheasepeake bay bridge and She said she will put a note on the room not to throw it away. Called 2 hours later they still havent cleaned the room. I said. She asked to call tomorrow and when i called she said it wasnt in the room. Know I left it and shouldve turned around to get it. Smh Never again

We booked a room at this hotel at 8pm for my son who was trying to get back to college ahead of hurricane, he arrived at 945pm and was told he could not check-in because he was under 21. I called the hotel front desk who was rude to me and my son saying it was policy, so i asked for a refund for the room, they said i had to talk to Expedia they could refund, Expedia says hotel has to approve cancellation. So back and forth with both the hotel hung up on us twice and then stopped answering the phone for us and Expedia. I still have not heard back from either about a refund. It was not clearly stated that you had to be 21 to check in you had to read fine print, but we booked the room an hour and 45 min before check in and they would not refund, Luckly i had friends in the area that my son could stay with.

They are suite and they only give you 1 extra cover per room and dont keep Towles at the pool you have to go to the desk .....so they are greedy with covers,towels, sheets

The hotel had big rooms that was a real nice. The location was very convenient. Near shopping mall outlet. Lots of restaurants, that share the same parking lot. The facility had a nice snack bar that sold beer and chips. You are not able to walk around the hotel with an open alcoholic container. The pool was very dirty!!! So much so we went to the beach to swim and felt like that was more sanitary. The carpet in the room was also sticky that was a bummer. All in all a good stay, nice staff.

Upon arrival......

I had a 10 hour drive from NYC TO VA I get there at about 11pm I called to let them know I would be checking in late okk that wasn't an issue...I checkin in I go to swipe my boa card payment hoes though then they tell me it didn't when it did I looked at the text I received staying a payment was charged to my card then I opened my banking app money gone for the transaction then I even called the bank the transaction was accounted for..the checkin people still saying they didnt get it being it was so late and I had my kids I had to pay for a single night which was $120 on top of the $520 that was already charged to my card following day Im busy with my son and his college entry I had to stop what I was doing with him & school get on phone with the hotel and my bank finally the bank was able to let them understand that money was taking out for my stay so tje hotel was about to get the money cleared and the extra night I payed for I said dont refund it Just add another night the hotel lady ober the phone said okk the extra night was never returned or added to another night so I had to pay for an extra day again $250.00 with a $50 deposit When I tell you I had so much trouble with my stay. Had me in tears and I was already emotional cause I was already there to drop my son to college 😪 I just paid it cause got to stay with my son another day but the room was nice got housekeeping when I needed the guest I meant in the loddy during breakfast was nice. Other then the checking was

Parking was bad had no spaces on arrival..... Food options REALLY... Between a small area runny eggs dried out sausage and wafffle irons that don't work properly and coffee at anytime NO... they hide cups and condiments at Night.. Then BUGS yes BUGS crawling on walls by waffle maker yes COCKROACHS.... and in rooms got bit by spiders on my arm and legs have pics if you would like to see... Said something to front desk personal totally ignored on top of my wifes pearl necklac eended up missing and asked for no service...
