Front desk during the night shift could have been friendlier. No water cooler or hot water kettle in the lobby. However sheets were clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. For the price we'd go again.
The cookies
The lobby is deceiving. When I walked in the hotel looked very nice and clean. When I entered the room there was a strong damp smell almost like mildew. The furniture is all scratched up and dated. Then the television started pixelating if that is a word lol. The front desk staff was amazing and very apologetic and moved us to a different room.Eventhough the furniture was still dated it smelled better. Which is surprising because as we left we noticed what appeared to be mildew all over the vent.
Surprised to find that nothing was any more impressive than any other less expensive motel chain used in recent years, including Choice Hotels. Maintenance seems lacking for items such as door knobs and control of water flowing from handicapped shower into bathroom area.
Friendly service and very hospitable place. Can't wait to try the breakfast.
The room was terrible. The door to the bathroom was broken. The frig didn't work. There was a hole in the shower. the people in the next room were partying all night long. We travel a lot and this was tje worse experience every.
Check in- ok. Friendly staff. Lobby wonderfully decorated for Xmas. But bath needs grouting... Air was too dry. And didn’t get our points because we booked they 3rd party- didn’t know.
Nice hotel, convenient to shopping and highways to get around the city
New road construction makes the hotel impossible to get to from the main road. Terrible road design! **Double check all of your receipts from the restaurant. I found two errors***
