Good location. Beautiful large rooms. Bed a little hard. But here’s the frustration: we got to our room after dinner around 7:30 PM and our key didn’t work any longer. Went down to the front desk and help and there was NOBODY there. We looked everywhere for some help. Finally found a housekeeping person who told us we had to go next-door to the Embassy suites to get help. It was pouring down rain. What a disaster. Are you telling me that you can’t afford to have a staff person at the desk During evening hours? It’s not like it was 3 AM. Then the people next-door to our room were really loud running around outside in the hallway. One guy was swearing and laughing and appeared drunk. Again, we called the front desk and nobody ever picked up the phone. Wonderful property with horrible staff service.
The staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early and invite me to join for complimentary breakfast in the morning….
Hotel was clean, comfy and quiet. My son loved having the pull out sofa room to himself with his own tv. Great for families. Pleasant staff.
Great location away from most of the DC/airport traffic. There are 6 restaurants right across the parking lot which is very convenient. the only issue during our stay was that the free breakfast was not available one morning that it was supposed to be.

Very convenient to Dulles, easy trip to Frederick, Maryland. The people couldn't have been nicer, the value for money extraordinary. I will go back.
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We were very pleasantly surprised and the hotel was better than what we had expected. Checkin was fast and easy and the staff was very friendly. Our suite was very comfy, spacious and clean. There was a kitchen area, we didn't need it for 1 night, but it was definitely nice to have and I will book this hotel whenever we need a longer stay. The kitchen had a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. It is very convenient for anyone staying a few nights. With our booking we had dinner included which was nice and a breakfast which was great! Nice and yummy choices for breakfast. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back.
I have stayed at Homewood Suites before. It happens to be very conveniently located for me, only 5 minutes from family. I would stay there all the time, but sometimes the room rate is much too high. The rate seems to vary -- sometimes very reasonable, other times not a value at all. The hotel itself is great, in addition to being a good location for me. The room is comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are a terrific amenity (also, the all-day coffee), and I appreciate the shuttle to the airport.
Great hotel for the price. Plus hot breakfast with stay? Can't beat that. Staff was very friendly and caring. Room was excellent and very clean. Anyone who doesn't have anything nice to about this place probably has no business being at a place like this. I will return to this place.
Nice hotel, very roomy, clean. Has all the facilities like living room kitchen and bedroom. Includes a hot breakfast. Right in the middle of Ashburn, Va. However be careful. If you book this through This site, you will not get Hilton Honors points or a receipt from the hotel at checkout.
The hotel is a very good value for the area. It has all the amenities that matter. The full breakfast was very enjoyable.
Very pleasant stay but it was behind the Embassy Suits and couldn't be seen from the road. Also they put a $50.00 charge on my credit card and when I called and ask about it they said there was no charge and it would be removed in a day or two.
