The staff was extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. The manager refused to let us store some baggage claiming we did not have a reservation for the next day (although we did and he was wrong). When I came back two days later (with a reserved room that they claimed I never had) I also asked for a late check-out as I had a toddler with me and a 10 hour wait until my flight but the staff would not allow claiming they were fully booked although there were a lot of empty rooms and that turned out to be an outright lie. The staff was very rude and would not accommodate in any way. What shocked us was the manager also. I’m a Hilton Gold member and I was never refused a late check out so this was quite shocking.

Hotel is comfortable and the hot breakfast very good. We were disappointed that the hotel no longer peovides cookies or hot chocolate in the late afternoon. Also wish tha T Orbitz offerred the free longterm parking option that comes with reservations mede directly with the hotel.

Convenient, easy to get to

Really enjoyed how clean everything was especially the rooms since I am a nasal allergy sufferer. Loved the breakfast options as well, nice healthy choices. The water was nice and hot in the shower which is a plus when you have achy muscles. I was also impressed that everyone there kept social distancing perfectly, even the front desk counter was covered in protective shields! I didn't care for the prices of the snacks in the suite store. They were pricey but other than that very nice option. I also would like to see housekeeping done everyday that we are there and not having to call to ask for it everytime

We'll definitely be bringing back the cookies soon. We do offer Parking package through the Hilton site, or you can pay directly at the hotel. We offer long term parking for $40 weekly or $6 Daily. Hope to see you soon.
