The room is fine. My issue was with ths shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called for pick up later in the evening and was told that the shuttle was on its way. I waited for 30 minutes, and called again, the person who answered told me the shuttle had stopped 90minutes prior. When I said the last person I spoke to had told me a shuttle was on its way they said they had been there all night. I made sure the number I called was correct, it was, and after ubering back I didn't see anyone at the main desk. It is odd, because two other Hampton shuttles were still running at that point, which encouraged me to be patient far longer than I would have been. I don't even know where the shuttle times were posted, if I had to call for pickup, or if there was a set schedule. My second night at the hotel I only managed 3 hours of sleep because of getting in so late from the shuttle confusion and having to get up early to get back to the airport again.
