very clean and neat, quiet, very nice and polite staff. Their grounds were immaculate. Several large commercial properties around them were undergoing renovation/remodeling.
Overall, our stay was very nice. I did not care for the attitude of the front desk clerk when I was checking out. He did not speak very good English and was refusing to give me a copy of the bill. It took me almost 20 minutes to convince him to give me a receipt.
I like the hotel everything is so wonder Staff was nice. Only thing I didn’t like is the road Lead into the hotel enter way.

Great staff, great breakfast
This is our 2nd time staying at Hampton Inn, cascades. Once again, everything was perfect. 5 star clean, super friendly, delicious breakfast and coffee, and low price. Specifically, the 2 Egyptian women who set up the breakfast, and the front desk gentleman, were so friendly. And, I want to note that, as we were getting into our car, the (manager?) Jose- impeccably dressed, was picking up few small bits of trash on the grass along side the parking lot, although it looked amazingly clean already. That's a true manager!

This location is close to so many things. The drive in, out, and around wasn’t difficult to manage at all. The service, room, and staff were all great. Specifically the staff though. Those working at the front desk were always cordial and quick to assist if I had a question. The elevator did go out for a few hours but they had the tech there ASAP to repair. It was a great, enjoyable stay.
How clean this hotel is
Beautifully clean hotel. We will be back. Very helpful, friendly staff. 24/7 hot drinks-coffee/tea. Delicious, full breakfast-even considering covid. Comfortable beds and clean/new pillows. Nice fireplace at entrance with sitting area.
Clean rooms, courteous staff, easy parking, proximity to Dulles Airport, reasonably priced. My GPS missed the address by a few hundred, but it's admittedly out of date.

Staff were top notch. Was even amazed at the quality of the cookies and hot coco placed out for guests. The breakfast though was not good. I think it would be better to review the budget for breakfasts and see what ideas others have in the industry, both at home and abroad and adapt a new breakfast. This one doesn't work.
