Nice and quiet close to airport great beds, easy to get too

Location and parking at airport is excellent for travelers

Great airport hotel. We had planned on parking our car at the airport but the front desk employee advised we could leave the car at the hotel for our trip (there was a fee). Leaving the car at the hotel and taking the hotel shuttle to the airport was much more convenient.

In a nutshell… The ONLY reason to stay at this hotel is it is so very close to where your plane lands. It’s a rambling, long halls, in need of a buff up, convenient location spot. If you complain they’ll try to do something to make you happy, but really, is that what you want… Somewhere you can expect a reason to complain?

Close to the airport and early morning shuttle a plus.

No response to request for airport pickup. Very poor arrival service for an airport hotel.

There was no free Wi-Fi. There was a fee of $12.95 per day.

Worst ever experience in a marriot. This is more of a motel than a hotel. We were put on first floor and had to haul all our luggage via a staircase ( after going up on the elevator you have to still climb a flight of stairs !!). No Sinage anyware. Do not ever go to this hotel. all cancel flights send passengers to this hotel which is crowded therefore they do not care.

I arrived after a week in a shared house in Provence where we had to conserve hot water or the off-peak heater ran out in the morning. So I was really looking forward to my first long, hot shower in a while. Instead, what I got was not even luke warm, so I had to exit the shower after a quick wash. On top of this, I found that I was expected to pay extra for the in-room WiFi. In traveling around Europe for the last 6 weeks, never once did I not have free WiFi included with the accommodation. The staff were quite unhelpful when I complained, and appeared to treat me as a second-rate customer for having booked through Orbitz.

Five star managerhelped us in our way. It is a true testament to the quality of hotel, the chain and the organization

Beautiful kept rooms, great staff, excellent location for business highly recommend

Found it difficult to find location. Called and spoke with Olivia at the front desk who was extremely rude. She even put us on hold when we were distressed and couldn't find the hotel. We asked for directions and her attitude was so not nice. We spoke with Gabe the front desk manager and brought to his attention her lack of customer service skills. The food was good at the hotel and the rooms were very comfortable. The shuttle service was very timely. Parking area was well lit.

Had an overnight layover in Washington DC due to delays caused by airport. Could not get another flight out until 24 hours later.

overall good experience. hotel is well located , free shuttle bus to the airport. very convenient if you need to sleep over for a night for a conection flight

When returning home after visiting family I always stay here before flying out in early AM. The staff has always been friendly. The restaurant is wonderful with a great selection. This Marriott is definitely one of my favorite hotels. The only bummer is they took out the hot tub by the pool.

Access to first floor rooms is oddly laid out and confusing Mobile phone reception on first floor except lobby is terrible. Expensive charges for in-room internet. Staff efficient and pleasant. Not convenient for anything except airport [businesses/ shops/ restaurants/sights...]

Room was very basic, smelly (it's an old hotel), uncomfortable. No refrigerator, food prices very high for uninteresting food, dreadful decoration, dangerous bathroom. Couldn't wait to get out at 5 a.m. The shuttle service was good: in 5 mins. one was at the airport.
