In-house room service was not good. Food was not cooked well and missing multiple items.
Marriott Dulles is a great resource when you have an early morning flight. Spend the extra money when flying out of Dulles if you can and take advantage of the free parking and efficient shuttle. Rooms are as you’d expect at a full service Marriott and while it’s not the family-friendly tier (ie no free breakfast) of the Marriott chain they do their job and they do it well for the business and adult traveler.
I was assigned a room in basement with dark and dirty floor. I have to ask for a new room.
Good food. I liked that there was gluten free options.
I chose this Marriott because of its proximity to Dulles Airport, because I had a very early morning flight. The 4:30am shuttle left on time and I was at the terminal five minutes later. The hotel itself was excellent--though it was busy with a high school chess tournament, my room was quiet and I was easily able to get a good dinner.
Excellent experience. The shuttle from the airport was great and very quiet hotel. Awesome indoor pool and nice breakfast.
Stayed just over night to catch a very early flight.
The rooms are dated but is typically equipped with all the things one would normally find in a hotel room. With the hotel’s layout, some rooms can be very very far from the lobby.
Experience was good and would go back again. Convenience and nearby to airport.
I can't provide a higher rating because we had to walk so far from check in to our room. It was almost unbelievable. Secondly we got in at 10 00, had traveled all day and had not eaten. They told us the kitchen was closed. For a Marriot of this size this is inexcusable.
Very nicely located within walking distance to airport
Perfect location for our flight out the next morning! Clean and inviting room. I will stay here again.
Hotel is convenient but is in need of renovation overall. Arrived on a late flight and kitchen closed, offered cold sandwiches or a door dash from local restaurants. Not at all convenient
Hotel advertised 2 restaurants onsite and it only have a bar with a few tables around where they serve food.
