All good. Easy check in and out. Room is big and clean.

The carpet had stains everywhere, the spread (to cover) on one of the beds was also stained and needed to be replaced, and there was a huge bug in the shower. Also, the front desk staff was extremely rude. Housekeeping was pleasant and accommodating.

I had an emergency and checked out after a couple of hours and they refused to cancel my reservation

The only thing that is missing is banding machine on each floor

The check in was a breeze but the first room assign to us was not clean, sheets and pillows were used and dirty, we requested a change which was honored. We just put our stuff in the next room and had to go somewhere. Came back late at night, realized, the lights in the room were not working ( 2 of them ), the room AC was not working and bed will squeak on every move. Called the front desk and they said they don’t have maintenance at this hour , they can probably change our room. Unfortunately my kids were already asleep as it was 1am so I had to stay the night as I could nydrag them along with my luggage:( but a very uncomfortable night at this Hyatt place 😔

Awesome hotel! Excellent breakfast! Fresh fruit and freshly cooked food every morning. Awesome variety of foods. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they only have frozen foods for room see I’ve, which wasn’t good, plus there’s no microwaves in the rooms. Other than that-I would totally recommend this hotel. The breakfast alone was worth not having good room service food.

Nice hotel room was nice and roomy and but the kid size bed is not an actual king size.

Honestly this hotel is understaffed and is not being kept up. My 7 year old son threw up on the carpet around 6pm and we were made to move rooms then was charged $200 upon checkout for an “extra” cleaning fee since the room couldn’t be used until the next day when housekeeping was there. We weren’t told we would be charged or asked to move. The second room had food in the AC unit and on the carpet. The pool pump and filters were broke for 2 days so pool was filthy. Mattresses were stiff as boards and constantly had to ask for pool towels.

You need to call for the shuttle to pick you up. Am departure was to of the hour. There were at least three restaurants within a within a quick walk. Room had a couch and media center. Breakfast was on the larger side with hot and cold options.

Everything was satisfactory except one important issue. As I was checking out There was no one available at the desk & had to Waite for approximately 5 minutes trying to locate the agent. It was a security breach as any someone could have entered thru the main entrance & proceeded to the elevator which was literally few steps from the main entrance & gone upstairs. I happened to have been a ground security agent for a reputable airline in Africa for 10 years & very familiar with the risks. I did point it out to the agent who checked us out.

Everything is close by. I had to get an oil charge and jiffy lube was right across the road. I went shopping at dulles mall, was less than a 10 minute drive away from the hotel. I went out to a couple bars they were great, also went bowling and that was 10 minute drive.

When I entered Hyatt Place I was expecting what I see on website and review. Upon arrival, I was immediately checked in the given key to the room. During reservation, I already stated that 3 people will be staying in the room. Only two sets of towels and cups were provided. The sofa bed did not have any blanket to it. We searched the room before going to the front desk to ask. However was told it was in the room. The room was not vacuumed and spider webs and some dirt can be seen. The coffee machine provided in the room was great however, the interior of the machine was not cleaned. There was even had an open packet of sugar, cream, and straw in our complimentary coffee packet.

1. Did not get the room I booked was told that it was a 3rd party booking so did not matter. 2. The staff took it upon themselves to give me and my ex wife adjoining rooms they just assumed because of last names. 3. Went to go eat breakfast at 6 am and the dinning room was in the dark. I was told that the lights would not come on until 620. This place is def not worth the $
