After checking in at 10 pm we requested some towels, staff informed me that I have to pick them up from front office, then I went there and they don’t have towels! Excuse is no housekeeping at night. How come a hotel runs out of towels!

Quick service and clean rooms

i paid in full but they have not agreed with orbitz booking and requested 20 USD

I gave disappointing response to staff response that was rude. First she said one night stay allows you to have one key to the room only. I never heard that the number of keys to be issued is determined by the number of night stay. Later she issued two keys. Second she kept on insisting that the printed menu for restaurant was on the table left side which wasn’t there instead it was on the right side. Well, we go to hotel to relax and good response from the hotel staff. I didn’t experience good response.

Check in was quick, breakfast offered many options and free shuttle service starts at 4 am. Close to airport and convenient for overnight stay while traveling.

It would be benefitial to add a ramp for older visitors and for those carrying large suitcases. I witnessed an older lady with mobilty issues struggling getting to the 2nd floor. I also experienced issues with getting 2 suitcases up to the 2nd level. Additionally, the staff should have advised the older lady and myself that the levels are divided by even and uneven room numbers.

The property and staff were excellent. I stay at this hotel often when I am flying out of Dulles. I am always treated well. The problem this times was with Orbitz. Although it was clearly indicated on the website that I had a reservation and my credit card was charged, when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my registration. The staff were excellent in working with Orbitz. But it took over 20 minutes to check in. Someone at Orbitz really "dropped the ball." I hope my other reservations I made through Orbitz do not present similar problems on this trip.

Service to airport was great

The property was clean. This particular hotel had one of the earliest shuttles available, so that was a huge factor choosing it. When we checked out, they gave us a continental breakfast to go. It was very nice of them.
