The property team was nice but didn't hit the mark. I asked for a quiet room but they put me in one next to construction and there was a real loud noise coming from the roof. They said there was no noise they could hear but when I got back from dinner the same loud noise was there. They moved me down to the 2nd floor but you could still hear the noise. Ear plugs in and I went to bed. Wouldn't go back.

Found bed bugs on room 442 and they switched the room. It’s unfortunate. Also guest laundry system is very old and not working properly.
