Property itself was nice, however the management failed to honor posted information concerning details of the evening reception. Specifically pricing of alcoholic beverages. Pricing for upgraded wine and beers displayed on the large poster next to the bar were not honored, instead full prices were charged during the 90 minute time. When i challenged the pricing difference and waiting over 15 minutes for a management person, we were told no the poster was wrong and a small laminated card reflected the very limited items available to upgrade. They did allow me to pay the reduced price for a beer and wine upgrade the first night, but i had to pay the full price the next several nights, even though the large poster refecting reduced pricing was still displayed.
Bottom line.....honor the posted prices or take the large poster showing discounted pricing down.
Secondly, servicing of our Presidential Suite was minimal, we had to ask for clean towels one day, and did not have toilet paper resuplied on 2 days.
On a positive note, the made to order breakfast was up to Embassy Suite standards,
