As we arrived, the front entrance was overflowing with trash & was not cleaned up after 3 days. The ice machines did not work on any of the 4 floors. We requested a clock for our room & no one ever responded. The sliding mirror on the closet door was hanging off the hinges. Our shower was clogged with long, black hair. The curtains were torn. The whole complex was extremely unkept & outdated. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Very disappointed!

The property was dirty with trash overflowing at all entrances. No ice available. If it hadn’t been for the housekeeping ladies we happen to catch in the halls we would not have gotten clean towels. Terribly rundown property in need of much repair. I was very disappointed that Expedia recommended this place. Do not recommend!

The room was quiet. Staff was very nice. All the icemakers were not operating. The bath tub calk had mildew stains. One of the bathroom lights were burned out. There were dirty shot cups left from one of the previous guests in our room. There was random trash all around the hotel. Was disapointed.

Property was very clean and staff was amazingly helpful. Only complaint was that the indoor pool was under repair and the bar was closed. I wish I’d been noticed of that at the time of booking.

A nice place close to Busch Gardens. This motel is a bit older but kept nice, Great pools and the breakfast not bad.

Cannot recommend this property.

Very outdated property. Furniture was old, scratched, bed was broken and headboard hit the wall when we sat on it. Dead bugs in the light fixture. The lobby was welcoming and pleasant with a family movie playing, so that was a nice touch. Crowds of people outside the windows until 3 am drinking and yelling, they were standing right outside the entrance, so I’m not sure why the hotel did not intervene. Housekeeping was very friendly. Would not stay here again though.

The room was dirty. The bedding was damp and 1 bed had dog hair om it. Asked ot to ne changed. It was made up but still had dog hair on it. We bought some bedding from Walmart to put on top of bedding.

I made a review upon check in. As what i said, Wyndam should take a loon in this hotel. the facility is a shame. We hurriedly check back out as we checked in. It is a shame. The pictures are far different in person. worn down, tore down hotel.

Room not as expected. It took 3 phone calls to get roll away bed. Although sheets were promised they never came. Pool was clean but pool deck had obviously not been swept . No sugar free syrup.

My best friend and I stayed here during the 4th of July weekend to attend one of our friend’s weddings. The AC in our hotel room was not working. We set it to 60 degrees and we were sweating and very uncomfortable. The weather in Williamsburg was in the high 90s. I was sweating while applying concealer and foundation while getting ready for the wedding. We ran out of time to let the hotel staff know about the AC unit before we left for the wedding but as soon as we got back from the wedding on the evening of July 6th we informed the front desk staff and asked if we could receive a fan. They told us they didn’t have a fan but they would send a technician to check the unit right away. The technician checked the AC unit and said there wasn’t anything he could do overnight but they were planning to replace the AC units in the hotel building in the next few weeks. He said they could switch us to another room but we may still end up in room with a broken AC unit. Since we were checking out the next morning, we decided not to move all of our belongings to another room. The room was also very dusty and smelled musty. The floors were dirty. We had to wear sandals when we walked around the room to prevent the bottom of our feet from turning black. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again due to the poor accommodations and poor customer service.
