The hotel a rather old and Dirty. Has an old musty smell. I stayed two days and they never replaced towel or made the bed. I said something to the front desk and the response was sorry they must have forgot. Wow!!! Service was horrible.

The reason to stay here is the view and access to the natural bridge park. It was amazing. The property has a lot of history which is interesting to learn about. But the table in the tavern was like fly paper it was so sticky. The beer taps didn’t work. The suite could be nice if it was well furnished. It has potential but needs more funding for its decor.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was tasty and service was good. My only complaint would be the abundance of fruit flies at the bar area. Bartenders were very nice. I would stay here again.

A modern twist with a little step back in time

Charming hotel! Loved looking at the old history of the hotel that is on display in the room near the lobby. Great memorabilia & pictures displayed of the hotel “back in the day”. Clean & comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice tavern. Would stay again.

This is not your typical Wyndham property, it’s a very old property and the attempts to renovate it shows but they are half bake. The breakfast food at 9:00am was horrible, but they still charge their full fare for eggs that have been sitting there since 7am, they are burned and stoked to the bottom of the tray and there are no fresh eggs coming. This property is very convenient for Natural Bridge Park and other local attractions but that’s their only good thing. The people at the front desk (at check out) were slow and not very friendly, it looked like they didn’t want to be there. This wasn’t a good stay, from the get go we face challenges, we arrived late and were very tired but going to sleep was not easy with 2 dogs in 2 different rooms barking at each other. The rooms, been old, have a peculiar smell and the Covid excuse got very old but they still refresh your room only every 3 days because of safety reasons. They didn’t lower their prices for their lesser service and the pandemic is over, every other hotel in the world went back to their usual service. No much good to say about our stay. Wyndham Should take a hard look at this property and bring it up to standard because it has lots of potential.

Ok stay but not impressed. The TV did not work. Spoke with the front desk and no one ever came to fix it. It’s a small thing but there was no bars of soap at all in the room. The bathroom amenities that were there were sparce and minimal for such a grand looking expensive place. Though i knew there was no free breakfast, the breakfast they did have was an overpriced buffet and there is nothing else close by. The plus side were the excellent beds and bedding and it is a beautiful hotel.

If you like ants crawling around stay here

The Natural Bridge Hotel was a convenient place to stay right across from the state park the staff were very friendly. And our room was very clean. However we did have a serious ant problem and brought it to the staff's attention. The manager wasn't on duty and this was going to be brought to her attention the next day. We asked for some type of compensation but did not receive it. Not sure I would want to pay this type of money to go back to this hotel given the circumstances. Tried to attach pictures of the ants swarming on top of the TV stand but the pictures would not upload. The ants were also in our bed.
