I was very pleased with my stay at Hyatt Place on Super Bowl weekend 2025. The one drawback was that they didn't have the room type available that I reserved. However, they did work it out by giving me another spacious room with a great view at the same price. So, all was well. The front desk staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the breakfast selections. Thank you!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. All rooms have a somewhat separate sitting area with a sofa. The rooms are well appointed and well laid out. Great staff, and their roof top restaurant was exceptional. Definitely five stars!

Always given exceptional customer service at any Hyatt that I’ve visited including Harrisonburg. Very clean from the lobby to the room. Representative was able to modify my reservation to add another day without any issues. Will continue to stay at Hyatt Place hotels when I travel

Hyatt Place has been our preferred stop now for 3 years and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in the Harrisonburg area. This hotel is super clean, well maintained, and the staff is great ! There are plenty of chain dining options nearby or you can quickly get to the downtown area in 10 min for some unique independent restaurant options.
