Everything was very convenient

My son really enjoyed the Magiquest game.

The pool lifeguards were awesome. Very attentive and did their jobs well. The servers at the Dunkin donuts were awful. Slow, with no idea how to do their job. The bartenders at the buffet bar were also awful. I was waiting to get served for 10 minutes, with no one else there and she wouldn't even acknowledge me. The food was also pretty poor.

The room was comfortable and my dad loved the water park features! Also I loved their Willow feature which is a text for service kind of feature but can understand why some older people wouldn’t.

The kids had a blast! Plenty for them to do! ‘Willow’ in customer service was great.

Great water park and fun family getaway. Easy cashless wristbands

This place is wonderful, had to run from Hurricane Florence and even though they were short-staffed they let us check in 5 hours early. Everything was great, although I would maybe pass on the spa facilities based on our experience, but may have been a fluke.

I promised my daughter that when she could read, she could go on the Quest. We did that and all the water park adventures. The lifeguards were very attentive and the battle at the pool was great.

This was the best trip all summer. What a blast. Perfect for my family. Really catered to families with lots of things to do for all. Great food and loved the family atmosphere from a diverse community.

We got two Queen Suite rooms, each with a rollaway (free). We had three grandchildren (5, 3, and 2) and their parents with us. We bought Pup Passes for the grandchildren—we were amazed at the availability of all the fun things for the little ones. . . bowling, color your own tote bag, choosing their stuffed animals, glitter tattoo, and some really fun games. All three of them, plus the grownups, had a fabulous time both days and evenings that we were there! There were never any long lines, and the responsiveness of the staff was excellent. We actually checked in at 1pm and were able to get one of our rooms right away (not supposed to be able to get in til 4pm). We went down the road to Pierce's BBQ for dinner the first night, and the second night we got pizza right there in the Great Wolf Lodge and ate it in the Water Park area. The kids did not want to leave the water park to go get dinner! The large pizzas were under $16 each and good, so we thought that was a fair price. Bring a sound machine with you and that will help with any noise. This is not a quiet place, but the noise is all "good" noise. . . a band that was visiting, kids excitedly exclaiming. . . all good. My husband and I even went on some of the big slides, and we are in our 60's. Definitely something for everyone. The kids got cold when they were out of the water, but the towels they provide are warm, right out of the dryer! Also, there is a "hot springs". . . a giant "hot tub" where you can get warmed up.

The hotel was very convinient but the sheet on the master bed and pillow cases were wrinkley looking like it was not changed. Also, the customers above us were too noisy (e.g stamping feet, sounds like stuff continuesly falls on the floor every 5 minutes) at around 11pm and 6am.

It was an amazing experience my entire family enjoyed it and will ALL be returning in the near future!!! The staff was great & the room was almost perfect! The activities for the kids was awesome & the food was great. We didn't have to leave the facility for anything. 5 Stars across the board.

It was ok. The kids were a little too old for this lodge.

We got each year for our son's birthday and stay in a themed room. This year we did the Kid's Cabin, it was great. Roomy, comfortable. Nice to have a frig and microwave. Will be back again. Lots of fun for everyone.

Great indoor Waterpark hotel stay for my family. Stayed in the wolf den , boys loved the privacy and bunkbeds. Hotel had plenty to do with my children including but not limited to a day spa for adults and little girls. A interactive indoor water area for families, movie area, inexpensive food and much more. Can't wait to go again

A very good and beautiful experience, the kids still talking about it.

Wasnt very happy with my room. For the price it wasnt worth it. The kids had fun at the water park and enjoyed the Magi Quest game but I will not be coming back. I spoke with whom I thought was the manager about the room but later found out she was head of housekeeping. I was never given a call by the manager which I thought was poor customer service.
