We stayed for one night, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. There was constant bumping and loud noise coming from the room above us — we could hear every footstep, jump, and thump from about 4 PM until midnight. Our entire room literally shook at times. We called the front desk and were told security would check, but the noise never stopped. The room itself was also disappointing: old furniture, a musty moldy smell, and an outdated, noisy AC unit that made it hard to sleep. Everything felt worn and poorly maintained. The only positive side was the waterpark — it can be fun if you visit during off-hours, but when it’s crowded, the wait times are way too long to enjoy. Overall, definitely not worth the money we paid. I would not stay here again unless the rooms and noise issues are seriously improved.

The property food options need improvement. They can do theme nights. The same meal is rotated each day. They need to take a serious look at making some changes. There is a need for more healthy options or persons with dietary needs.
