I promised my daughter that when she could read, she could go on the Quest. We did that and all the water park adventures. The lifeguards were very attentive and the battle at the pool was great.

This was the best trip all summer. What a blast. Perfect for my family. Really catered to families with lots of things to do for all. Great food and loved the family atmosphere from a diverse community.

We got two Queen Suite rooms, each with a rollaway (free). We had three grandchildren (5, 3, and 2) and their parents with us. We bought Pup Passes for the grandchildren—we were amazed at the availability of all the fun things for the little ones. . . bowling, color your own tote bag, choosing their stuffed animals, glitter tattoo, and some really fun games. All three of them, plus the grownups, had a fabulous time both days and evenings that we were there! There were never any long lines, and the responsiveness of the staff was excellent. We actually checked in at 1pm and were able to get one of our rooms right away (not supposed to be able to get in til 4pm). We went down the road to Pierce's BBQ for dinner the first night, and the second night we got pizza right there in the Great Wolf Lodge and ate it in the Water Park area. The kids did not want to leave the water park to go get dinner! The large pizzas were under $16 each and good, so we thought that was a fair price. Bring a sound machine with you and that will help with any noise. This is not a quiet place, but the noise is all "good" noise. . . a band that was visiting, kids excitedly exclaiming. . . all good. My husband and I even went on some of the big slides, and we are in our 60's. Definitely something for everyone. The kids got cold when they were out of the water, but the towels they provide are warm, right out of the dryer! Also, there is a "hot springs". . . a giant "hot tub" where you can get warmed up.

The hotel was very convinient but the sheet on the master bed and pillow cases were wrinkley looking like it was not changed. Also, the customers above us were too noisy (e.g stamping feet, sounds like stuff continuesly falls on the floor every 5 minutes) at around 11pm and 6am.

It was an amazing experience my entire family enjoyed it and will ALL be returning in the near future!!! The staff was great & the room was almost perfect! The activities for the kids was awesome & the food was great. We didn't have to leave the facility for anything. 5 Stars across the board.

It was ok. The kids were a little too old for this lodge.

We got each year for our son's birthday and stay in a themed room. This year we did the Kid's Cabin, it was great. Roomy, comfortable. Nice to have a frig and microwave. Will be back again. Lots of fun for everyone.

Great indoor Waterpark hotel stay for my family. Stayed in the wolf den , boys loved the privacy and bunkbeds. Hotel had plenty to do with my children including but not limited to a day spa for adults and little girls. A interactive indoor water area for families, movie area, inexpensive food and much more. Can't wait to go again

A very good and beautiful experience, the kids still talking about it.

Wasnt very happy with my room. For the price it wasnt worth it. The kids had fun at the water park and enjoyed the Magi Quest game but I will not be coming back. I spoke with whom I thought was the manager about the room but later found out she was head of housekeeping. I was never given a call by the manager which I thought was poor customer service.

It was wonderful family getaway vacation. I'm please to all the staff and they are very professional.

We took our 2 youngest grandchildren for a one night, we all had a wonderful time. Everything was so clean and all employees were very helpful there. We were impressed by the number of staff, espescially life guards on duty. We could let them play without being right by their side constantly, they are 8 and 10.

We only stayed one night due to the cost but the hotel looks like a log cabin which is pretty cool. The staff is very friendly and our room was fantastic. The water park is excellent. My only complaint was you couldn't take the water park towels out of the park area. Even though there were kids running around the hallways all evening the room was pretty quiet inside.

The room was very clean, and since it is built with waterpark, there are a lot of kids running around after 9

This hotel is epic, let's face it. We stayed there with 2 kids and 4 adults in the Kid Cabin room. The boys had an amazing time at the water park and loved their cabin inside the hotel room! The room was as clean as you'd expect, but after retrieving a stuffed animal from behind the bunk beds, realized that there was lots of dirt and trash that had gone unnoticed. It's pricy but they're running a major operation so I guess that's understandable. The room key wristbands and payment system is awesome (but very easy to spend more money)! Overall we had a great time.

I can only say that this place is magic for kids! We just returned yesterday and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean - the amenities at the resort were awesome. We needed a fun winter break with the kids and grand kids and this was perfect! We arrived about 11:30 am to check in and had no wait and were able to go right in to swim.

My family check in for an overnight stay to celebrate my son 5th birthday. I reserve the den wolf room since their were 3 adults and 4 kids. Check in at around 12 noon and it was ok and fast. We were happy since we got the room and can start relaxing and play in the water park. When we got in the den wolf room the space was too tight that you have to walk sideways if two adult would walk in opposite direction. The bathroom was small. We got the shower and the bowlin it. Anyways, overall the birthday boy had a blast and would be back someday.

Our kids really enjoyed the waterpark. The Wolf's den had a great separate room with bunk beds and their own tv.

There was MOLD in the bathroom. My grandchildren were coughing for a week after we returned. NEVER AGAIN.

This was our first time ,was greatly impressed with the hotel. Staff was courtesy and plesant .the room was clean and comfortable. No complaints from this family .Will do again.
