A peaceful resort ornately fashioned with your family in mind, this getaway is the perfect place to live loose and let go. Approximately 1,531 square feet, this astoundingly spacious Three-Bedroom Lockoff features 3 King Beds: one in the master bedroom and one in the guest bedroom and one in the third bedroom; 2 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living areas together with a kitchen, dining area and 3 bathrooms. Maximum of 10 occupants.

Additional amenities include: internet access, television, DVD player, stereo, ceiling fan, hair dryer, In Room Safe and washer/dryer in unit.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Kingsgate is Newport News-Williamsburg Airport which is 16.1 miles by car respectively.

Buildings have two or three stories, and most first floor units have 4-6 stairs to the exterior of the building.

The resort's firepits, playground, arcade, fitness center, sauna, hot tub and movie theater is closed due to social distance measures. Please contact the resort for questions and concerns.
