Great Service

Our stay was average. There was broken door knob

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed -- microwave and fridge. Appreciated that they were dog friendly with no additional charge for my little guy who is no trouble and cleaner than many people!

Inexpensive and decent which is just what I was looking for. Both front-desk staff were very amicable. My only minor complaint was the noise isolation not being very good as I could hear the neighbor's TV and outside noises a fair bit. No big deal since the area itself was fairly quiet.

Conveniently located. Quiet area. Walking distance from Capitol Pancakes. Perfect to spend one night or the whole weekend. No breakfast served because of Covid. Receptionist was great! Will come back!

Wasn't in the room for more than 3 hours before I saw bedbugs crawling on the sheets. I went down to the front desk, told them about the bedbugs and cancelled my reservation. The property manager said that I would get a full refund. However, after filing the claim through Orbitz, Orbitz had to get the refund approved from the property manager. Well, the property manager only approved one night but charged me for the second night as a penalty because he claimed that when he checked the room, he "didn't find any bedbugs." Needless to say, the property manager clearly took advantage of me so please STAY AWAY from this hotel! They didn't do anything about the bedbugs.

Terrible all the way around, sheets stained, vents in the bathroom were dirty and the service was all around bad, You are not aloud a late check out. The cleaning crew enters the room before you check out is very rude. I will never book the Red Roof Inn ever again.

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn after spending the day with family at Busch Gardens. Check-in was fairly easy and the price was reasonable. The room was clean but definitely dated. There was a pool but we didn’t use it during our stay because we prefer the beach. The only issue that I really had with the room was an insect issue. We opened the door and turned on the lights and I saw a cockroach. I don’t like creepy crawlers (nor do I want to transport them home) and that was the only major thing that turned me off from this location.

The pool area could use some updating. The room was clean and nice for our 3 night stay.

Nice and affordable. Good and responsive staff...Neat and conducive. Will not hesitate to come back again when next I visit VA.

Our Room had a Mildewy smell when entering, too humid. Bathroom fan , which came on with the light, no choice, was terribly loud! The sink faucet dripped loudly and kept everyone awake all night. It was open to the room. The remote for the TV didnt work, took that back to the office. It was replaced, changed channels but still not volume.. Report stuff to office . I got , she would let someone know, Sorry! 😳😕

Property was older but mostly clean. No abnormal smells or strange stains. Towels replaced everyday as necessary. Cleaning staff friendly.
