Everything was good and would recommend this hotel

Extremely friendly staff. Impressed with Covid precautions. I did have a broken chair in my room, but they apologized and took it to be repaired.

we loved how clean the property was. t was very quiet as weel. the breakfast was amazing. it was close to alot of shops and stores/

The lady who serves breakfast was the most wonderful person.

Where should I start? When Ilmy little boy and I got there, this ignorant, incompetent woman at the desk was on the phone with who ever for 12 min until I just had to interrupt her off the phone.. she tried to lie and say it was her boss.. ( but you don't tell your boss" I miss you too") lie #1 then, I was given the wrong room. I ordered an executive king suite With a separate living space as indicated in the picture on orbitz and ended up with with a regular king room.. when I asked why wasn't I given my room, she said that there is a mistake on oribitz and it happened to somebody else to in which she gave that person my room... I let it go, THEN I WENT UP TO THIS ROM AND THE BATHROOM SMELLED LIKE PURE URINE!!! I called downstairs and the house keeping and the lady down stairs came to clean my toilet... ( they used a deodorizer spray ( not cleaning products) I also let that go, but I did want to speak to the manager when she was supped to come in at 10 to see if there could be any rectification. -THERE WASNT!! And she said she would get back to me ( NEVER DID) The next day I took my son out to Bush gardens and had a great time... when I got back,,, there was a note on my desk saying " Hey B**** to make your own bed tomorrow - too much stuff on it! - thanks house keeping" yes! This place is ran by scum! The staff has changed ! Don't stay here- I never got my money back! No rectification

Good Breakfast Clean Room Close to where I wanted to be.

No complaints. Breakfast was good, we like the pool and gym.

The pool was nice and in line with other Holiday Inn Express's we have stayed at. The breakfast was standard as well, but the kitchen area is setup so bad that there's always long lines in the mornings. Coffee was always empty as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay but not sure if we would stay at this one again when comparing to other places we have stayed.

Stayed here for one night after a trip to Busch Gardens. Very clean, super friendly staff and decent breakfast. Close proximity to restaurants.

I really liked that it was close to all of the activities we wanted to enjoy while we were in the area, but it was still in a restful environment. The first morning we were there, I was running on the treadmill and looked out the window, and there were two white ducks just hanging out on the grass!

Excellent! Great lighting in parking lot. Staff extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and professional. Breakfast selection was unbelievable. Felt very safe & family friendly. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN TO THIS HOTEL!

Overall good stay. The pool was closed for whatever reasons. Would stay again !

There are many choices when it comes to the hospitality industry and we appreciate your choice to stay with us. We strive every day to provide the level of service and amenities you have come to expect with Holiday Inn Express. It seems on this particular visit that we failed in this goal. On behalf of the staff and management of the hotel, I would like to apologize for the many inconveniences you faced while with us. There is no excuse for not providing a guest the courtesy and hospitality that we have become known for. I cannot explain what happened with the picture in question when you booked your reservation, and although the description was contrary to the picture, it certainly was misleading. I did however see the letter that was placed on your bed. It seems as though the message was lost in translation. At no time would our staff use the language that you have described. As a standard in this situation, we provide a typed letter explaining our standards when a multitude of personal items are left on the bed. We do not make the bed so there are no misconceptions as to what was or was not there at a later time. This is a good example of the misinterpretation of bad penmanship in a handwritten letter. Again, I am sorry that you had a bad experience and we will make sure this does not happen again.
