The only "cons": no ice machines were working on site and all the pool guests were complaining that nobody's key worked for the door (ours didn't work either). The staff (and other guests), however, were so nice . There wasn't a single staff member that we encountered that was anything short of pleasant.

This is a great resort to book. My family and I had a great time staying here. The hotel was very clean and organized and the staff was amazing! We will definitely be coming back again!

So Disappointing

Front desk was disorganized, condo full of missing or burned out bulbs, no dish towels, mediocre cleanliness, on-resort food was awful. This was a beautiful property that was once a golf Mecca. Now it is being run into the ground by poor or mismanagement.

We were highly disappointed in the poor condition of the resort room and the low quality of the food. Our room was disgusting. There were nasty stains on all the seat cushions and the couch. It was obvious that the interior doors had not been wiped in some time as dirt marks ran down the doors and on the handles. Even the dining room table looked like it had been some time since it had been cleaned. We tried to use the dishes in the cupboard but quickly realized they hadn't been washed since the last guest. There was food still stuck to them, so I had to run everything through the dishwasher before we could use them.I cut my hand, reaching for the can opener in the drawer next to the refrigerator because the refrigerator partially blocks the drawer. After all that, the can opener turned out to be malfunctioning. When we opened the room door after checking in, a man in the condo was working on the fireplace. That was alarming as we didn't expect anyone to be in the room. However, he said he had fixed what he needed to fix and left. We attempted to light a fire on Christmas Eve as we shared a romantic evening. We opened the flue, set the firewood up and the condo quickly filled with smoke. Now, everything we brought smells like a campfire. The food made me sick after a ingested a warm oyster at brunch. It was so bad, we left a day early.
