The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The condo was clean and spacious. Not enough soap and shampoo for 3 people. No towels provided at the pool (most resorts provide them). Blanquets too thin.
The staff. The young man who built a fire for us, delivered champagne flutes and ice was so nice. The front desk staff was awesome and our room was just fabulous. We definitely will return in the spring. Best New Year’s Eve ever!

The property was amazing- Even the swamp was manicured! We found it charming, up scale and very pleasing to the eye. What we didn't like, but our room had flying bugs in it and needed them cleared out. Which they were and no extra cost.
Kingsmill is a beautiful place to stay during a visit to historic Williamsburg. Waking to bird song and river views was a great way to start the day. After a long day exploring the colonial area and William & Mary's beautiful campus, it was lovely to come and relax at the resort. I'd like to come back later in the season when the River Pool is open--it looked like fun!
Property is beautiful and rooms are spacious. Was disappointed that their main pool was not open even though the weather was in 80s. They did have a smaller one opened.
The property was clean and very well managed but the 11 AM checkout time was rigid.
