I stay here a few times a year, and am never disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and the amenities are the best the area has to offer. We enjoyed our breakfast this year, they have done a lot of improvement in this area (we weren't happy with our meal last year). It was exceptional! Our waitress Savannah was a true sweetheart. The staff allowed us to check in early, and as usual they were WONDERFUL. We always enjoy the hot tub, and the amazing views! I look forward to my next visit!

Front Desk weren't very friendly. They assigned us a Room # which was not existent. After searching for the room for 15 minutes called them to find out it was a different number. Breakfast was not included.

Enjoyed a great stay at this resort. The amenities were great and there was a lot to do. Grounds were well-maintained. Only downfall is thin wall between units which allowed the sounds from other bathrooms to be heard in other rooms.

It was friendly and quiet. However, if you plan on eating at the resort during your stay, it costs almost more than the stay itself so plan for that. Breakfast was $100 for 4 people. Dinner was $200 for 4 people. It was way out of the budget we planned for. We were ignored for 20 minutes when we tried to get lunch service at the pool restaurant and there were questionable stains on our curtains and carpet and smells that we couldn't identify. There were several kids who ruined the pool/lazy river experience for everyone all weekend by doing cannonballs into the inner tubes -and the lifeguards simply don't care. One kid burst the inner tube and sliced his foot and I don't think the lifeguard budged from his seat. However, The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. If you can afford it and don't mind obnoxious kids not being watched, then it's fine.

the hotel was beautiful and the amenties were fantastic.. my 10 year really loved the stay and thought he was the king..

Kingsmill is a fantastic resort. Indoor and outdoor pools, spa, golf, on the river, marina and excellent customer service. Shuttles transport you to anywhere you want on the resort or to local amusement parks and historical sites. The rooms are very modern, clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely be back in the future.

I would rather have a resort fee than be nickel and domed for everything.

We liked it very much. Clean, comfortable. Restaurant was a little small though. Long lines. It was Christmas time FYI

Kingsmill Resort was awesome start to finish! Our accommodations were river front and absolutely gorgeous! And quiet?!? Peaceful and serene is an understatement! We felt like the only room around, which is rare. Perfect weekend getaway!

The staff was very accommodating to our request and the view at breakfast was nice! The grounds are well taking care and you are totally safe as you are quite secluded from the main HWY. Close proximity to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Enjoy!

not bad to bring your family in. they were polite and nice, too bad we didn't do many things since the weather was not permit.

I was a good trip. the rooms were very far from the pool and restaurants.

after checking out the hotel rates for the night in Williamsburg, I ended up booking this hotel even though it was 20 dollars more than the average. I am glad I did. clean room, full of amenities, secure grounds. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a pleasant stay, but we were mainly taking advantage of their shuttles to Busch Gardens / Water Country. Travelers that golf or stay on the resort may find it great, but better values exist if all you are looking for is a place to sleep at night.

I had a lovely vacation at Kingsmill Resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't have ask for a better experience. The resort was nearby Busch Gardens and the Waterpark. Only thing missing from the room was a refrigerator.

We had a great stay at the Kingsmill Resort, the River Pool was a perfect way to cool off each afternoon. The restaurant options were good and very conveniently located. We particularly liked the shuttle option for the local Willimasburg attractions. We would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

We booked just one night and regret that we didn't stay longer! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are exceptional. Every single staff member we encountered were beyond kind, pleasant and helpful. It's a little more expensive than your standard hotel however, the little things that are included would add up if you stayed somewhere else. There are golf carts and vans that will show up at your room and take you anywhere on the property. They even have FREE shuttles to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The lazy river alone is worth staying for. The breakfast buffet was lovely and all 8 of us that ate there were very happy. The one bedroom suite was HUGE and clean and lovely. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful place, very nice staff. Child-friendly pools.

It was a one room with 2 queen beds. I'm a mother with 2 boys. The room was missing a refridgerator and table. It was too small with the 2 beds.
