Wonderful facility nice people the only reason I didn't give it a perfect review is because the high pressure levels pitched by a timeshare is over the top if you can just simply tell them not interested and I want my room key it would be so much more pleasant

We booked six months in advance. When we arrived we were told our room was damaged “a few hours ago” and that it wasn’t available. The manager proceeded to lie and say someone had been trying to contact us. They had not. They told us they had a comparable space at another property. It was not comparable. It had fewer beds. When we complained they offered a third property but it also didn’t have enough beds. Moreover, they promised a discount but also said it was up to Expedia to approve and they did not. When I called Expedia the said I should have contacted them instead of the property and because I didn’t I wasn’t eligible for any compensation. On top of that we still were incessantly bothered about a time share ! This place should be pilloried by all! Do not stay here!!!

Would recommend this property to anyone! It was quiet and very clean. Our kiddos loved playing at the ping pong tables and throwing the footballs in the grass areas. We will definitely be back.

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The check- in process was short and staff was very helpful. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I liked that TVs were in the bedrooms as well living room area. Kitchen had all necessaries. We were there for 2 nights and didn’t get a chance to experience property amenities. I would return and recommend to others.

Wonderful vacation with one exception

The resort was wonderful. We only encountered one problem on check-in. We were told that we were scheduled for a meeting to get familiar with the Wyndham property for possible future purposes. It sounded like a timeshare trap. There was nothing mentioned about this on hotels.com when I booked our reservation. The staff was persistent that I attend the meeting, but I refused.

Great stay, super affordable and clean

Had a great stay during spring break, resort wasn’t crowded, extremely affordable for a 3 bedroom unit. The kids loved the endless minigolf. The room was super clean , not a single bug found during the entire stay. The one room facing the walkway was rather bright at night even with the curtains closed. Location is right near a bunch of affordable dinning options . Crackle Barrel and other restaurants around the corner. The lady at the gatehouse was super friendly . Also the grills at the playground and pavilions was a super cool concept, I didn’t use them but saw others, I was curious their condition and they were pretty much spotless

The property was well manicured it was a comfortable stay. My only compluant would be them trying to sit through sine sort of pitch to gain gifts after i saud i wasn't intetested they still chose to text me. This was bothersome because i was inly there for a couple of days to relax.eith that being said. I wil.still chose to stay there again. It's a nice rssort.

small details make a difference!

Nice resort but the linens on the bed were awful. They were scratchy with deep wrinkles ironed in them, making them uncomfortable. The TV in one of the bedrooms got only 4 channels
