Went to Williamsburg on a mini family vacation to visit Busch Gardens. We had a good stay here at their Embassy Suites. Great location within minutes to the theme parks. My children had a great time. There were little kinks that could be fixed like the Wi-Fi and the cleaning of the pool. Our overall stay was worth it. Thank you

The toilet tank cover is cracked

The hotel was in a good area, easy to get to Colonial Williamsburg, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms and overall decor (carpeting, wallpaper, furniture) needed to be renovated. The carpeting was old and faded and the chairs, couches were dirty. The beds in the rooms were comfortable and the refrigerator kept everything very cold. The hotel offered a free happy hour however they ran out of wine on Friday and weren't able to get more until the following Monday. This was New Year's Eve weekend and the hotel was full so this was unacceptable. They also ran out of food on Saturday morning before the end of the free breakfast. Overall our stay was okay.

Excellent staff and property

The staff was friendly and helpful!

Like: great breakfast. Dislike: elevator was broken.

The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices and seating. The only problem was that there were AC problems so it was very warm inside the entire hotel.

The shower had hair stuck to the walls and the door would not lock very easily to the room. I reported the hairy shower to the front and was told they aré sorry must not have been inspected. He offered to move us but we were exhausted and just rinsed it off ourselves. I was hoping for maybe some compensation on our final bill but I didn’t make a scene. I really loved the staff, very nice.

Location was quiet esp compared to many Williamsburg hotels.

Amazing hotel! Awesome customer service 😀

Nice, quiet location but still close to everything. Room was very clean. Wi-fi was horrible.

Location and amenities were great. Free parking on site was spacious and convenient. What i didnt like...paid for a big room with 4 beds and got a room with two beds. So i had to haul everything from 5th to 2nd floor. Once we walked in, we noticed someones leftover shrimp accompanied by some skittles on the floor. The pull out bed was full of hair. Unfortunately, on our second night, the alarms started going off at around 11:30 p.m. because of a gas leak (or maybe the 2 girls that were smoking weed in the stair case, not sure. (Stairs were smoky). we were not allowed back in the hotel until around 4:30am. I understand that the incident is nobody's fault, but upon check-out that morning, I got charged full price for my stay. I had to ask them to refund me the night that I spent out in the parking lot in my car. Thats something i shouldnt have had to ask for. Thats really what bothered me. The kicker is that the employee (even though she was friendly) sounded surprised i wanted a refund for the night i slept in my car.

Friendly staff and good service...will definitely recommend

The hotel was in a good location and very quiet in the hotel.

A lot of the amenities were not available due to COVID restrictions, but they looked nice, lol. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean!

The staff was amazing! Every single employee we met was kind and eager to serve. The hotel was clean and the food was great. Missed having a jacuzzi. We have never seen an Embassy Suites without one. Over all this was an excellent hotel. 👍

Thank you Kelly for sharing your experience with me from your stay this past weekend here at the Embassy Suites. Thank you also for mentioning our staff, they take great pride in providing the very best southern hospitality. I would like to sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issue, we have checks and balances in place to ensure things like this are not missed, clearly we failed you. I will use your feedback as a training opportunity for my staff. Thanks again and I hope to see you when your travels bring you back to Willamsburg.
