We arrived late after a 7-1/2 drive to be put in a smoking room. That not being the worst there was food in the garbage cans, and food behind the night stand. 1000's of ants all over the bedroom. When we pulled out the sofa sleeper the mattress pad had blood on the cover. We were moved to a first floor non-smoking room, which again the garbage cans had food in them, so I just put them in the hallway. I complained to the Manager the next morning and while he was nice, I asked for a refund. Since I booked through Orbitz, I could not get a refund. I was given a free night. Really, I won't come within 100 miles of this place ever again. Orbitz do something.

Nice renovated hotel, was put into a room 325 that had snafus smell must have leaking pipes. Staff moved us, no questions asked.

Room smelled like mildew. AC was really loud. Shower curtain was ripped. I mean, nothing too horrible, just not what you would expect for that price.

Quiet off-season night away from home. This is all I want tocomment on at this time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to the outlets, Captain George's seafood buffet and several other points of interest. We also love the lay out of the hotel. Very comfy & classy.

The hotel was not too far from Bush Gardens, which was our destination. The suites were great and the kids loved the indoor pool and great breakfast which was included. Great place for the money.

Wonderful stay during trip to Williamsburg. Love the updated decor.

The hotel is a bit tired and is getting ready for a renovation. That's the only negative I found. So for those of you who complain about every little thing, stop it. All employee's were pleasant and very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I have stayed at some very nice hotels and not had as good of service as this hotel. After all isn't that how everyone would like to be treated. Customer service 101. I would like to mention a particular staff member named David. He was very welcoming and informative. I could tell he would go out of his way for us. I hope management pays him well. Don't let that one go. As for the room it was clean and comfortable. It was located off the main road and therefore was quiet which is one reason I chose this hotel. The location however was not far from the main attractions. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and made to order without an attitude from staff. That was key, it was a great way to start the day. Many times hotels offer free breakfast which is not as good as this one and you can tell the staff hates their job and hates serving the customers. Based on this stay Embassy Suites will be our first choice for a hotel on our next trip. I forgot to mention the management special or whatever it is called. The free drinks and snacks in the evening. That is an extra special touch most hotels do not offer and I hope they keep this, it really made a difference at the end of the day.

Staff was efficient and friendly, facilities typical Embassy Suites. The suite configuration is good if you are traveling with children, it is nice to be able to close a door between you and the little ones. The made-to-order breakfast was good but don't wait until 9:00. The dining room gets very crowded and service can be slow.

Clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Comfortable without being fancy.

Not as nice as other embassy suites we've stayed at before, but worked great for us. The room was a bit small and everytime someone in the bedroom changed their tv channels, it would change the living room tv as well. Nice pool and hottub. Close to all the shopping but not in a noisy location.

The hotel was just what we needed. 2 rooms, the baby asleep in one and we could lounge in the other.

We had a great experience! The staff was very friendly. The manager's reception and cooked to order breakfast were great extras. Everything was clean and orderly. Great value. We will definitely be staying here again.

as usual it is a great embassy suites hotel but remember 3 star and don't expect 4 or 5 star at this location but overall it is great value and we had a good stay

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. The continental breakfast was a wonderful surprise. It had such a large selection and the made to order omelettes were outstanding. Room was clean, staff was friendly. We stayed in a suite with 2 beds in one room and a central living area with a fride/microwave. Great location/distance to attractions. Only complaint would be that the central area was a little too small for all of us. And a bigger fridge would've been helpful. Overall, a great experience & would stay here again.

No blankets or pillows in the room for the sleep sofa. Didn't realize it until it was late and pulled it open.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites while we were visiting Williamsburg. The kids loved the pool, we loved the pillowtop mattresses and the delicious hot breakfast. The staff was really helpful and courteous too. We were very happy there.

The Hotel was nice, but we ahd our booking for 2 bedroom suites but we end up with 1 bedroom suite with only one bathroom. Then we asked for 2 connecting rooms but they were unavailable.. and that was really unpleasent especially when you have childeren traveling with you... other thatn that it was ok.

Nice little hotel for the price- nothing fancy. Very clean, good service and centrally located to water country usa and colonial williamsburg, restaurants and outlet shopping. There is a manager's reception from 5:30=7:30 with complimentary drinks (including alcoholic) and light snacks. It was perfect after a long hot day to get snacks and a beer gratis! The complimentary breakfast selection is huge, but I recommend sticking with the bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice, as the hot items were just so=so.

The hotel is run down, dark, dingy and our room was dirty. The food was disgusting (including rotten fruit) and the dishes and cutlery at the buffet were dirty - not to mention the sticky tables and chairs. It took at least 6 attempts to open the room each time since the "room card key" didn't work properly. I sat at the desk in the bedroom to do some work and was bitten all over my legs. When the guest services manager came up at my request, she suggested that I received the bites earlier that day while at Colonial Williamsburg - even though I felt the bites when sitting at the desk. My family and I forfeited a night's stay and left a day early since I had no confidence that changing to a different room would have been better and they would not refund the night.
