Everything from check in to check out was great. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg as well as restaurants, gas etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
The rooms here are pretty nice. We like the king suite because it offers a separate bedroom so that our baby can go to sleep behind a closed door and we can still watch tv or have a conversation. The staff is also wonderful and were so kind to my toddler. The pool was closed for the whole first day of our stay. Additionally the restaurant is just awful. My wife and son ordered a burger and some soggy fish & chips. It was overpriced and truly gross. Breakfast costs $15/person and it is worse than the average free buffet at similar hotels. We would stay here again for the right price, but would not eat here.
The room was surprisingly nicer then I expected as my boyfriend and I were travelling and picked the location for the night. Check in was easy and stafe was super friendly.
No linens for the sleeper sofa upon arrival. Had to ask for them and then wait. Noise from room above us was horrible. Sounded like someone was running back and forth in the room. Breakfast was cold. We had 2 breakfasts included but the 3rd cost $16.00 and was definitely not worth it. Coffee was undrinkable. Very limited hours in hotel restaurant. No where onsite to even buy water. Fortunately there wasa 7-11 across the street. Temperature in exercise room was 75 . Too warm to do a decent workout.
The pool was the reason we booked, and it was exactly what we wanted. The room and common areas were clean and well-decorated. The room was perfect for our needs - the fridge, the layout, etc. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Fast check in
Clean, spacious room
Nice property friendly staff but They kept putting charges on my credit card that didn’t belong there. As of right now it’s over $100 even though I went to their desk twice. I don’t know if it’s because I used almost $100 in orbucks and they’re trying to make it up somehow but I’ve never had a hotel constantly putting charges on my card and when I go to the desk they don’t really have a good reason why they’re on there and claim they’re taking them off but they’re still on and I checked out yesterday. If anymore show up or the other charges are not taking off , unfortunately I’m going to have to shut my credit card down and notify The credit card company.
Very nice hotel close to shopping and historical sites. Nice stay.
Everything was good.
