Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Good food and good service. Front desk folks were not very friendly. Property was clean, but the shower was a disappointment...fiberglass insert that appeared to have mold/stains on the bottom/floor. The property is very close to Historic Williamsburg and convenient to shops and restaurants.

Great hotel. Recently renovated. New, clean, and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff were awesome.

Room is clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Hotel is close to everything. Not impressed with their restaurant. Better places to eat nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was completely worth it! The room was very nice and spotless, and the customer service was amazing! The receptionist working the front desk was helpful and nice! My boyfriend and I went on a one night/two day trip to Busch gardens and Yorktown beach, and this hotel was great location wise for both! I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were spacious and clean, but coffee maker had seen better days. My elderly father was awakened by an alarm set by a previous patron at 6:00 am. Very unfortunate. My 11 year old daughter enjoyed the pool and our breakfast was adequate with many choices on the buffet.

The hotel was clean modern and quiet- It is centrally located and convient to the College and Colonial williamsburg

I was attending a conference and registered at lunch time. The front desk person was very pleasant and upgraded my room from a standard to a suite. Pleasant staff, my room was upgraded to a suite, a nice bonus!

Confusion at check in followed by two days of water shut down in the hotel between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm. Music so lound from a party that my room had to changed at 8:30 p.m. - poor service overall!

it was very good with one exception you advertise a DVD player in room i had to request one they contacted one of there other hotel and found me one that I had to hook up myself other than that the stay was excelent

The staff was very helpful from the first day until we checked out. The chef was personable. The rooms were clean. The beds were too soft for us, but they made immediate arrangements to solve the problem. ( sweet dreams ) Our stay was very enjoyable.

PERFECTLY DECENT CLEAN COMFORTABLE HOTEL.GOOD CONVENIENT LOCATION. EVEN THOUGH OUR ROOM LOOKED OVE THE HIGHWAY IT WAS SURPRISINGLY QUIET. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE FOAMY PILLOWS BUT THIS COULD BE A PERSONAL PREFERENCE

We spent 3 nights here, while exploring Virginia's historic sites at Williamsburg, Yorktown & Jamestown. Hotel was very convenient to the Colonial Parkway that accesses all 3 areas. Hotel was totally smoke free, quiet, clean, and 4 yrs. old, we heard from staff. Staff was friendly, without exception. Fitness center and pool were great. Loved having microwave & frig in room. Very comfortable beds! Hotel mgt. promptly repaired broken ladder rung in pool. When I asked about breakfast deal mentioned on line (2 adult breakfasts for $1 each), manager approved it, even though desk clerk wasn't aware of it. Would definitely return here!

everyone @ the hotel was helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again.

Attended a college football game - our team won - and did some historical sightseeing. Everything was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location

all good; recommend to anyone

My husband and I found the hotel to be in an excellent location to access Williamsburg restaurants and Downtown Williamsburg. We only spent one night there but it was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room which came in handy and a large flatscreen tv. Free wifi was useful and the shower was great. We didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar downstairs and a very helpful staff. I will definitely stay there again.

very easy to get in and out of Colonial Williamsburg

This is a really nice, quiet hotel. It's a short distance from dining and shopping. Everything , was spotless and I liked the fact, that the staff went ahead and checked the room, prior to checking in.

My friends and I went to Williamsburg for a short, quick trip to Busch Gardens. Our stay at the hotel was great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel about an hour prior to check-in, but were allowed to check-in anyway. Thanks goodness because we were SO tired. The rooms were up to date and had great amenities, but most importantly clean!
