The fan in our bathroom in room 223 was not working. There was only one channel on the tv for children which was disappointing. The trash truck loudly picked up the dumpster trash right outside our room very early and woke us all up. The pool was continuously cold.

Great stay all around ! Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was nice, & all associates were friendly, especially Twyana (apologizes if misspelled) - she was exceptional and deserves recognition in my opinion. We had to park a little distance away, but we arrived late and that's my only negative. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is in a great area, staff were very quick and friendly with checking in. Driving was very easy for us to get to our destinations in a timely manner. You have hotels, shopping, dining, attractions and etc. very convenient for people new or visiting to the area. Only one small problem, we seen a few strands of hair but not enough to complain. I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you for your service

It was super nice - the only downside was it started storming so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but that wasn't the hotel's fault! Absolutely wonderful stay. Close to what we needed and lots of food options!
