Booked a King size bed was told when I arrived that it wasn’t available and gave me a different room. Hallway smelled, very disappointed

Booked a 2 room suite that came with a living room and kitchen. LR had a pull-out couch and provided ample space to lay down a playmat for my 8 mo old son. 1 room had a King bed & bath for my parents while the other room had 2 queens for my, my wife, brother-in-law plus space in between for a pack and play. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Sal at the front desk is a courteous guy with a little sense of humor; plus it was nice that he remembered my name throughout my 4 night stay. From Mon-Wed they had this cool happy hour that had a special for the night such as chicken tacos, waffles a la mode, etc. the major plus was the 24 hr gym and basketball court which allowed me to stay in shape for my bball tournament later in the week. Best part was that the hotel was along the main road with plenty of restaurants both local chains and original spots, 5 min from the premium outlets, and under 15 min from Busch Gardens, Watercountry USA, and Colonial Williamsburg. Cant wait to come back when my son is older!
This hotel is very nice, with comfortable room accomodations but we experienced extremely rude & completely inconsiderate next room neighbors, with absolutely no enforchement & resolution by management. Due to the loud talking, singing, laughing, we were unable to sleep but just a few hours. The front desk was contacted numerous times by us &, according to them, by others in adjacent rooms. We are very upset that management did not remove the unruly people from the hotel in order to allow the other residents a good night sleep.
Room was very clean and large enough for a family with 2 small children. Requested crib and was in place when we arrived. Very happy with our stay.

I was very pleased with the spacious rooms - enough room for three adults and 2 teenaged grandchildren! It gave us room to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the nearby attractions. Even though there was construction going on (as they upgrade the facilities), it was great - and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the great breakfasts and dinners provided by the hotel - a big help for my wallet! We visit Williamsburg several times a year, and this was the best stay ever! We will definitely return!
The Residence Inn is about what you would expect. All is ok though the staff is exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to address any needs we had. They begin a remodel of the facilities so should be better in the near future.
Our experience was good, and the hotel was exactly as expected -- clean and convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful. Very good value for the price.
The hotel was located in the perfect location where there were many dinning choices. Of course with two teenage boys pizza was good for them. The hotel was clean and the breakfast that was served the next day was more than adequate. The hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I would recommend this hotel
It was necessary to request a room change because the air-conditioning system was not working. Hotel staff was cooperative. Very convenient to College of William and Mary and thew Historic district.
