We found the property had areas of the ceiling where it looked like a leak had bubbled up the plaster over the bed which make us nervous staying there. It looks like the room needed a major upgrade both my wife and I had a lot of trouble sleeping and now have sinus infections since staying there.

This property needs serious updating. It doesn't look like it has been renovated since the 90s. They call themselves a resort, but no additional amenities there. No free breakfast. And they charge $10 for parking even though the property is in a rural area.

Finding a single room for a family of 5 is challenging, but this met our needs! The room was very spacious, the sofa bed was comfy and clean and extra linens and blankets were already in the room. Kids loved the pool, games, and late night snack store. It’s also super short drive to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. We will definitely stay here during our next trip!

I would have liked complimentary coffee in lobby

Extremely convenient to Busch Gardens.

Avoid at all costs! They seem to have only renovated the first floor and entryway. This place is dilapidated and gross. Rooms are nasty!!!!! They look like badly cleaned crime scenes… where you can see where the wall was cleaned and where it was not. Seriously!!! 1 star at best, 4 stars is a total scam!!!!

One of the best stays I've had in a while. Very relaxing, great staff, great rooms, awesome beds, beautiful pool and outdoor setup. Not to mention they have all my favorite arcade games/games/air hockey near the pool area. What better way to end the night than watching the fireworks from Busch Gardens from my room balcony! I was soooooo relaxed! Definitely coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great hotel. Could not be any closer to bush gardens and an easy trip to the historic area. Our room had a balcony and was a quiet area. Staff was great

The room had tons of ants on the counters and tables and the bed. I lost count of ants after 10... And the room smells like water and mildew.

My family stayed here for 4 days, 3 separate rooms and each room had blood stains on the sheets. Also when I asked the house keeper about cleaning our room, she said we had to request it at the front desk, which we did, but it still didn't get cleaned. We were also told that for stay overs, they cleaned every 3 days. We were there 4 days, never cleaned. We had to go looking for towels ourselves. When we went to do laundry, we found only 2 machines in the entire hotel and 1 was out of order. Go figure!! The pool hadn't been cleaned in a while, but we still used it. The Cafe was closed after 10 or 11am due to being short staffed. That's understandable, but when it's supposed to open in the morning and the person is running late and you're sitting there waiting to get coffee and breakfast, so you can get on the road, not good!! We stayed here 2 years ago and everything was great, but not this time.

Showing wear

The indoor & outdoor pool were nice. The gym was splendid. I didn't like that they didn't have a computer center for travelers like many hotels, even mediocre hotels have. Working off a cell for is a long period of time isn't ideal. If a Wyndham, Holiday Inn, Best Western can afford 2 computers in the lobby for its guest, I'm sure Hilton can do the same.

This was suppossed to be be a $148.00 dollar room including taxes and fees got there and it was close to $200 plus i was charged 4x for 2 rooms

Everything was great except when we pulled back the curtains and there was flying ants or something similar, at least 2 dozen of them. The hotel was great otherwise, kids love the pool and arcade area!

I was ignored at check-in. My room was on other side of hotel and after parking there the door was not accessible. Very loud until 2am. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and was not notified that it was a false alarm.
