The hotel was so humid that the beds felt damp. The bathroom did not have an air extractor, and the humidity after a shower was really bad in the room, even after a few hours when I returned.

1st- Given a room that had a horrible musky smell when we hardly opened the door. 2-nd sliding glass door had to push it opened the area hadn’t been cleaned up. Debris and bird poop all over the stacked chairs, not cleaned in a very long time. 3-rd given another room. One air conditioner read error, blood on a curtain we cleaned . Outlets floppy difficult to use. 4th- Charging twelve dollars per night to park your vehicle, what???? AM coffee quick breakfast area was nice but should stay open for families with kids limited meal choice after AM .

The 2nd night of my stay the TV in the room quit working. With 2 adults and 2 small children in the room it is a terrible experience when the children rely on the TV when you are in the room for entertainment. It was a terrible experience. I was told by the manager that my 2nd night stay would be refunded. I have not heard any response to this.
