When we arrived, the woman at the front desk tried charging us aN early check in fee. For 27 years I’ve been I. Business working closely with hotels throughout the country and besides that, I travel frequently for personal reasons and I’ve never heard of an early check in fee. If the hotel was sold out the eve before and they do not have a room available then you can’t check in early but if a room is available it cost the hotel NOTHING to allow to allow you access to your room. Why have a visitor wait or pay? Dumb! Also, the entrance closest to our room looked like they were having a garage sale. It was gross. I wish I can post the photo here. I took a picture, of course. Filthy

Room was clean and fresh, provided shuttle service was a plus.

Customer service was horrible and manager was completely unhelpful. Hotel was outdated and not very clean, pool was disgusting. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

It needed updating. Desk and dresser in room needed to be replaced. Wallpaper needed a makeover.

Cleaning crew was perfect. Waitresses and hostesses were great. Food was terrible. Asked for a shuttle back from park. Was told too close to time wait another hour. It was 100 degrees out family was tired. Got an Uber back. Shuttle was just parked. Nothing special.

Unfortunately it was first explained to me that I did not check out at the front desk which I did. Secondly after that erroneous statement was rescinded Kenya the manager decided to refund me for only one hotel room and not at full cost as he stated there were some hidden fees in the hotel pricing listed on Orbitz. I will never return back to this property.

Excellent property, great location, will stay again.

Nice sized, comfortable clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable so we all had a good night sleep. Felt like home. Unique chest board game, well equipped exercise room, and clean pool. Free cookies are a plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to all attractions in area. Highly recommended and plan to come back again.

It was an okay hotel but certainly not worth the cost. I would recommend Holiday Inn Express for a better room and food at a much lower cost

The room was fine. There was only one person in front of us at check in and 2 people helping this one person so we waited a while to even be acknowledged. Then we asked for a quiet section and we ended up walking a mile to our room. Afterwards, we tried to go to the restaurant for dinner. They brought us our drinks and never came back for our food order. Since it was getting late, After waiting 30 minutes, we just asked for the check for our drinks and went back to the room dinnerless. The room itself was fine but the service from the staff made us feel invisible.

Thanks for staying with us. I apologize if there was a mix up in scheduling your pick up from the park. As a rule of thumb we always schedule a drop off and pick up time for our guest.
