Good hotel, very close to Colonial Williamsburg. In about 5 years it will need to be remodeled as it is starting to become dated, but for now it's a fine place to stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms styling were nice and comfortable beds. Convenient location to restaurants and Colonial Williamsburg. Nice and quiet, tho a few guests arguing and fighting in parking lot. They have a nice outdoor pool. But we were astonished at the amount of trash ALL over the parking lot, much looked like been there for awhile. Outdoor trash cans overflowing. Hallway carpeting looked like hadn't been vacuumed in months, very dirty and small trash and food crumbs on carpeting. Bathrooms need much improvement, toilet seats flimsy and loose. Shower leaks all over floor, especially the handicap room, shower stalls and chaulking poorly done and sloppy. Not serving normal full breakfast, only muffin, piece of fruit, granola bar and small bottle of water in bag. FYI, their plumbing is opposite from normal, their hot water is on the right and cold on the left.. when you're taking that cold shower thinking there's no hot water.

Hotel didn’t have the king bed I reserved so had to get 2 queens. Room was in decent shape but A/C doesn’t get rooms cold like other motels. Room service didn’t show up to make beds or bring towels. We had to go down to front to get them. A lot of dogs in this motel and commotion until 12am. Someone was bbq in the lower lot until 11:30pm. Not much parking in the front so get there early. Our 2nd night the Fire alarm went off at 3am but that’s because another guest tried to disable the smoke detector in their room. Took about 20 minutes to turn off, a lot of unhappy guests that night. Hotel is close to historic Williamsburg and in a decent area. Pool is very small tho so be mindful it fills up quick

The property is in a nice location but as soon as my partner and I pulled into the parking lot there were other guests getting drunk and getting into a fight next to their truck. Despite the mask ordinance in place and signs in the hotel stating masks were mandatory, none of the staff were actively wearing them, letting them dangle from their ears or not wearing one at all. Whatever renovations that were done to the rooms were done poorly and hastily with paint splattered every where in the bathroom and a gaping hole in the wall behind the toilet. As for the continental breakfast it was a white lunch bag with a granola bar, an apple, and thickened apple juice that's generally given to babies and elderly people in retirement homes. I understand they couldn't keep the dining area open due to pandemic reasons but what about given us some pastries? Fresh fruit salad? Juice or bottled tea or coffee that wasn't made for people who might choke on non thickened liquids? A Wyndham property should be better than going for the cheapest option.

What a different 3 years makes. Stay here three summers ago and was so happy with the room, price and the location. This time it was awful. Dirty hallways, dirty rooms, parking lot was disgusting. Front desk clerk was doing the best she could but was clearly understaffed. Would not recommend

It's a nice hotel and the staff was amazing so that alone made it a good stay. However, the building itself needs some work. It's obviously an older building that needs updating and some fixture / furniture updates. The corner of the TV stand in my room was busted, like it had been kicked in, the bathroom vanity was just open wood that looked like a cabinet with the doors taken off. The main issue was that this is a pet friendly hotel, which I'm all for except I didn't realize it was (that's on me) but there was a little yappy done barking incessantly from 11am until after 5pm (when I left for dinner) on Saturday.

Good value. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

In more need of handicap assessable rooms , however rooms were very clean for a hotel with pets!! I would come again with bigger bathrooms!

We enjoyed our stay. Personnel were friendly and service was outstanding.

Convenient to restaurants shopping and entertainment

Breakfast was very good! Pool was nice! Nice location!

Really nice and friendly staff they are amazing very helpful and they keep the hotel clean and safe.

Convenient , clean , comfortable . Great breakfast .

It was great staying there for the weekend. Location, facility and staff were all great.

The staff are friendly but the hotel needs to be renovated - carpets are old and the rooms need painting.

The place was a bit run down but for the price and location it was ok. The breakfast was a bit poor.
