In more need of handicap assessable rooms , however rooms were very clean for a hotel with pets!! I would come again with bigger bathrooms!

Breakfast buffet area was extremely dirty and not maintained at all. We left and went to Starbucks and got food. Was disappointed in the cleanliness

Terrible check-in experience. First the receptionist couldn't find out reservations, then she took a pizza delivery person in front of us. She stated that "I hope you have reservations, because we've been fully booked since yesterday". After finding my first reservation, she then shouted Jesus Christ after the key coder wouldn't work. Then she suddenly began singing to herself. Not sure if she's suffering from mental illness or something else, but this person should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is undergoing some pretty extensive renovations which you will find if you enter through the back. You will enter through the back when they are busy because there are less than 25 parking spaces in front. The rooms under renovation are all open and there's debris everywhere. Be careful which elevator you choose. They are all slow, however, one will allow you to hit the LL button, the doors will close and then it just sits there. The wifi in this hotel is incredibly slow. Pictures won't load, don't even try playing YouTube or FaceBook videos as it will time out. Breakfast was terrible. Muffins will still frozen and wet. Juice was watered down and the sausage gravy was tasteless grey ooze. All in all I'd call this stay a complete disaster.
Just ok, kind of small compared to other places I have stayed. Coffee maker didn't work in the room and the bathroom vent was disgusting! Only looked because one of the screws was loose and didn't want it to fall. Breakfast was good, loved seeing all the dogs, didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel! Def a plus, will bring my dogs next time!
