The property was average and worked for what we needed for a few days. The kitchen and overall space was clean and parking was easy. The property shows some wear and tear - window screens torn or missing, one bathroom door was broken and had small nails poking out, one shower door stuck and was loud to open. The walls, doors and floors were very thin and we could hear every footstep and conversation from both the neighbors across the hall and upstairs. One bed was decent but all sheets were scratchy and low quality; we ran to the nearby Target for blankets. The booking is listed as a deluxe townhouse, but it is more of an apartment - two bedrooms all on one floor, no second floor. Had we known that, we likely would have selected a different space.

Requested sheets for a guest starting one night to sleep on pull out bed. Requested early morning. Nothing received all day. Called again at 10pm to request again and they finally delivered. Nice to finally have them but someone dropped the ball.

My stay was great. The people on the resort was pleasant. The resort was safe and clean. if we need maintenance. They will show up with no problem. Also, they placed us in the wrong cottage at first. Great location but the experience was lacking.

We didn’t realize when we booked that this is a time share, as soon as you check in they want you to book a tour (90 minutes). We politely declined but the clerk pushed and pushed and her nice went to rude. We booked a 2 bedroom townhouse, either they switched our room or they call a condo a townhouse because it was one level. We received 5 towels for 6 booked guests. The sofa bed had dirty sheets (urine) on it when we opened it for our youngest to go to sleep. The beds really need updated, they are showing wear and not very comfortable. Great location but the experience was lacking.

Super close to Water Country USA. Ants were a slight problem but that’s the season we are in. Everyone was really nice at the property. Kitchen/living room was very small in the 1 bedroom when the sleeper sofa was pulled out.

Very nice resort. Loved how close it was to Busch Gardens & waterpark. Condo was very nice and the pools were great.

Made and paid for stay. Arrived and they didn’t have a unit. Couldn’t find me in their system. Had proof of transaction on my phone. Was told by a staff member that Expedia did not send over the reservation after showing that. After much time going back and forth the staff member whom I assumed was in a position said he was going to put us in a unit that they are not allowed to use. But they had to clean it before we could get it. We arrived at 930. Got the key at 315 after another staff heard the conversation made a call and got the key . The unit was not upscale as promised. I paid for a luxury cottage 2bedrooms. One bedroom was supposed to have twin beds. Unit given had a sunroom with a sofa bed. Springs on one side could be felt .

I was wary about booking here as the reviews were all over the place. Many of them referred to problems with the staff. But everything was fine and aside from check in/check out we had no interaction with the staff. Our unit was spotless and looked as if it had been recently updated. It was also spacious. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, glasses, dishes etc. If you are a person that needs housekeeping to come in every day then this may not be for you. We were there for 3 nights and no one ever came in. But there were extra towels in the bathroom and we were fine. Also, at booking, there was no mention of the unit being on the second floor. It was not a problem for us....but I can see that the stairs might be an issue for some. We were very close to one of the pools and it was large and clean. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to Colonial Williamsburg from here and it's even closer to Busch Gardens and Water Country.
