This property is a large space . It’s not in town but easy to reach Williamsburg downtown and colonial Williamsburg. The semi countryside atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The apartments are spacious nicely furnished and equipped. Great for extended family.

The room had a stong smell of cigarette smoke. There were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher when we got in. The coffee maker had mold growing in it. There was only 2 towels for the 3 of us to share for our stay. When I called the front desk to inform them them offered no apology. He assured me that he would note my account so I would not be charged for the damage and missing items.

Poor parking conditions, staff checked me out when they were asked to just send a receipt, so they sent a security officer to my room ringing the doorbell, pounding of the door and then they called on the phone. I was in bed sleeping when all this happened. On the day I was scheduled to check out they were doing the same thing at 1030 when check out time was 1100. It is not a true extended stay hotel; you have to move to a different room every 28 days. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

From Security to Front Desk/Reception to Concierge, the Staff was very courteous, friendly, and efficient. The amenities and room was superb. The grounds manicured and well cared for. A ton of activities scheduled and available. I would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely worth a return visit.
