Noisy, old, in serious need of update! Staff was wonderful. Cookies good! We could hear the people upstairs using the microwave and walking.

Hotel had great customer service and was very organized and clean. But the ac in our room was less than efficient, the refrigerator was leaking water everywhere and the ice machine on our floor was not working.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast buffet had lots to choose from. Overall a good choice for a vacation on a budget.

This was a nice hotel. We stayed in the suite with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. We only experienced one inconvenience: When sofa bed is pulled out, it is hard to get through to the other side of the room. The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Overall a very good value.

hotel was good location good for meals and destination

close to colonial Williamsburg close to dining easy to find

hotel was very clean and comfy . breakfast was outstanding. the rooms need more cloth space. especiallly larger dresser or more clothing space. before remod , you didnt have to live out of your suitcase

Our family of 4 stayed at this place for 1 night, and was surprised as we entered the room as it was very clean and welcoming, with nice touch of interior decorations. The microwave and the fridge made our stay more easier and the view from the window was pretty.

This hotel was nice. The room was clean and comfortable except when the sofa bed was opened. There was no room to walk through with the sofa bed open. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was great, Lisa to choose from. Fifteen minute short drive to Busch gardens or colonial Williamsburg.

Clean room with handy kitchenette. Nice breakfast every morning with a little daily variety. Room was warm at first until we discovered that all the cool air was being trapped by the heavy drapes, and moved them back out of the way. Overall, we really enjoyed our 3 night stay here.

Everything was good but the mattresses were worn and the carpet was soiled and stained. Time for a good cleaning.

As soon as we walked in the front desk staff was very welcoming to me and my girlfriend. They remembered us every time we walked in and out and greeted us. What a nice feeling to stay at a mid size hotel and have the feeling I'm in a bed and breakfast. Great job! The room was a great size too!

We had fun swimming after a day of sight seeing. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel itself was great. i was a little upset that when I arrived the front desk was closed and the night staff had left to go over to a sister hotel to do something and left no sign where he had gone or when his return was. my wife by chance called the Residence Inn next door and found him there. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Now I can't blame all of that on him because if they had what he needed in the office, he wouldn't gone over there. other then that it was great.

Room was nice, relatively spacious for a family with toddler. Beds were comfortable and extra seating area with TV and couch was a plus. Breakfast was plentiful but crowded. Overall good stay.

location was great. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a few days to get away and decided that a road trip to historic Williamsburg, VA would be perfect. The SpringHill Suites was conveniently located and not too expensive. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very "80s" in decor and seemed fairly dated. Because we only used the room for sleeping, not too big a deal. Not sure if I'd return.

ok nothing special about this place.

We took a weekend get away to Williamsburg, The hotel was nice and clean and we had a very relaxing stay.

Great. No problems with checking in or out. Rooms decorated nicely. Breakfast a nice plus.
