We surprised our kids with a quick trip away to Williamsburg. Our villa was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. We just wish we stayed there longer. We will definitely stay there again.

Had two small kids with us and they loved the pools. Our stay was short so I wish they had had a breakfast option rather than having to buy groceries. Otherwise, excellent experience

This was a very family friendly hotel. Our toddler was very entertained between the splash pad, park and play room. We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I wanted a nice place to stay for one night in Williamsburg as we did some hiking and biking around the area. We found the Marriott Manor Club at Ford's Colony and thought it looked like a winner. We weren't disappointed! The property is beautiful, the staff is amazing and the room exceeded our expectations - well appointed and clean. The hotel called us before we arrived to make sure we used the correct address and answered any questions we had concerning our stay. Renovations were going on in the checkin lobby, indoor pool and smaller outdoor pool (a fact which they made us aware of several times before and after booking), but we barely noticed, as they placed us near the larger outdoor pool in a building across the road. The biking/hiking trails around the golf course were decent and offered some nice views. A special thanks to the bar and activities staff for some well-mixed drinks and finding my sunglasses a day after I left them in the game room. We'll definitely stay there again - hopefully for a bit longer next time!

Had a great experience. The hotel staff is outstanding, offering great assistance with travel directions, restaurants, etc. I didn't use the pool or exercise facilities but hadn't planned to on this trip. So nice to see so much activity available.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with my love! Just what we needed. Can't wait to go back!

I don't understand the negative reviews. This place is gorgeous. The staff is excellent and so friendly. If you like to play golf, this is your place. It is so much to do here. The resort is a non smoking place, which is ok with me. They keep the outside grounds so clean. The only draw back is there is no restaurant close by. The address on the website is only for resident not for the guest entrance. You have to drive about 2 mile up the road but beside that great place and I am planning on going back.

We only stayed one night. We had never been there before and found it to be a delightful place. Since we were traveling, and only staying as a stop over, we would have enjoyed having breakfast at the facility. We would recommend it to those staying for a vacation trip to Colonial Williamsburg

The only complaint would be the beds are extremely hard. The room was great outside of that.

Awesome hotel very nice and very freindly staff. On the higher end of a budget but booked a 2 bedroom suite for 2 couples weekend so really cost wise very competitive. Room had 2 full baths 2 queen/king beds each in a seperate suite. Living area had full kitchen stocked with kitchenware, large dining room table and sitting area with fireplace. Also has gas grills located outside each building. Did not use but noticed they were very clean. Will utilize next time. Overall great amenities for the price especially if you are traveling in a group.

Arrived the day after scheduled courtesy of a serious airline error. The staff held our room and allowed us to check in that next morning. So great to climb into the large bed, clean white sheets, snuggly down comforter and escape the effects of a red eye. So great to be greeted by very nice people and have such a delightful comfortable condo.

Fantastic. We were short on time but the ammenities available such as movies, bingo, heated pool and spa will be enjoyed on our next stay Plan to return in March and spend a couple of nights. Have already recommended Marriott Manor Club to our friends as well!

It was very nice I loved it. Its back in the middle of a resort. Felt very safe. It had alot to do on site without leaving. Did go to Busch gardens. But had more fun at the resort. The rooms where like you were at home. Very big. Would go again.

My husband and I came to Williamsburg for a Marriage Retreat. We have 6 children and dont get much time alone. The property we stayed at was very pretty on the inside and out. The room was very clean and taken care of,the staff was very friendly....the only thing I was very displeased about was that I had to take a cold shower....NO HOT WATER!!! I am not a person who ever goes without a shower first thing...NO HOT WATER!!!! NOT PLEASED!!!! Not sure what the deal was...but all in all everything else was very good..so if your good with a cold shower then this would be your place to stay.

We stayed for just a weekend and wished we could have been there much longer. Our villa room was incredible with a glass enclosed shower and full kitchen. A sofa bed opposite the fireplace. An incredibley romantic 2 person whirlpool bathtub off the master bed. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Even though they had a seemingly full crowd for the weekend, it was very quiet and peaceful. The resort had far more to do than we had time for. We'd love to go back and easily recommend The Manor Club anyone. It was well worth the money.

Pros-Rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. Private setting, quiet. Helpful staff. Cons- Pricey, Large facility that takes time to get in and out of. 10-15 min from colonial williamsburg. Does not include breakfast.

This place was like a palace! The whole hotel was tucked away in the middle of a housing complex/county club. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were great. We stayed in on of their villas and it was huge. I couldn't believe how big it was...800sq/ft! It was a wonderful place to stay for a couple night.

The location was super. The room was nice, the ammenities were great. Bathroom was clean and had a great shower. A little problem finding it. I think it could have been marked clearer and also our navigation system directed us to the service entrance which apparently had happened quite frequently as the guard gave us a sheet with directions to direct us back to the other entrance. a few miles away.

Our experience from the moment we got there was a dissatisfied one. The girl that checked us in was extremely unpleasant. She acted as if we were disturbing her and pretty much called us liars and said we just made the reservation when we made it the day before. She then told us we couldn't check in until 4:00 p.m. (We were there around 3:30) When we finally got to our room we were impressed by the size and design of the room. It was big and we really liked the idea of having our own kitchen and washer/dryer. Once we started looking around the room we discovered alot of dirt. There was actually a wash cloth hanging from an air conditioner vent from a previous hotel guest. Who knows how long that had been there! The hotel walls are extremely thin. We were awakened EVERY morning by our neighbors upstairs and beside us stomping around and slamming the sliding patio door. You can actually hear the rollers on the sliding door beside us sliding shut! We were so displeased with the thin walls that we actually went to Walmart to buy a fan to block some of the noise. Another issue was there is not enough parking. If you stay out past 7:00 p.m., you will not have a place to park when you arrive back at this hotel. You will have to park about 500 yards away. We did speak with the hotel manager, Jeff, who didn't see the parking as a problem and just had excuses. However, we talked to a groundskeeper who stated it's always been a problem. I would highly NOT recommend this hotel. It's not close to anything unless you just want to golf while you are here. It's at least 25 minutes from every major attraction in Williamsburg. We will definitely not be staying here again. Extremely dissatisfied!!

We were a little worried going in because of some the reviewers we read in orbitz and "another site" but this place was AMAZING. GREAT location (surrounded by golf course) and GREAT rooms. Nice kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, bedroom and bath for the 1BR suite. We were shocked at the size and the amenities for the price we paid (well under 200/night). The kids loved the pool and the activities were fun. If you want to be in the heart of the restaurants and action in Williamsburg, this is a little off the beaten path, but it's totally worth it. My 8, 10 and 11 year-olds did not want to leave and my wife and I also loved it. Forget Williamsburg, we'd just go back for the Manor Club!
