Nice place to stay. Location was great and the staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Super close to Busch gardens and water country! Breakfast was free and home cooked! Pool was small and overcrowded so we didn't use it.

This hotel is the closest to Busch gardens. The indoor pool is a nice amenity, as is the breakfast which includes some hot option daily (eggs and bacon one day, sausage gravy and biscuits another).

Nothing terrible about this place, but nothing special, either. The whole place desperately needs an update -- old fixtures in bathroom, wallpaper peeling everywhere, the hallway feels uneven when you walk down it. Still, breakfast was decent, the indoor pool was OK and the staff was nice. Very close to Busch Gardens, and the price wasn't bad.

The hotel staff was wonderful.. James, Jerry and the entire staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious.

Average stay but cost effective. Staff friendly but appearance unprofessional.

The front desk person (heavy set white man) was not very friendly. I asked this man 2 or 3 times about where the ice machine was and he directed me to the next floor. I later asked an employee and he said the machine was empty and ice needed to be made! Great breakfast but didn't have waffles, friendly staff, comfortable bed, noisy kids on my floor!

Our stay there was pleasant. Very accomodating and convenient to our destination.

Great location and price was very reasonable! Check-In was fast and friendly. Arrived early in the afternoon and took right off for my business appointment and did not get back to the hotel until very late. Room was clean but dated and the TV did not work but it was too late and I was too tired to bother about it. At 5:40 in the morning the phone rang with a wake-up call that I did not ask for! The breakfast provided was one of the best I have seen in a long time! For the most part, a good place to stay with only minor problems. I would stay there again!

It was OK, not a dream. It was loud and the pool was crowded. The breakfast was good, it ends at 10 and we got down there at 9:30 and it was freshly stoked.

The Hotel was clean but the furniture a bit old. The TV is almost 20 years old but I did not stay in the room for too long. The most comfortable bed after a day in Buschgardens. Did not use the pool. Will recommend this room if you are traveling for a short time not too long.

The location was great, especially since we spent one day at Busch Gardens and one day at Water Country. The hotel seemed understaffed, as the concierge desk was overloaded when we arrived. The dining area had several unbalanced tables, the table wobbled while we ate and drank our hot coffee. The food was not very good, and the electricity was out at the waffle station. The reservations were listed under the right name, wrong address, wrong phone number...caused delays.

It gets a thumbs up from me! Clean rooms, very nice staff! I would definetly stay here again. As a single mom, I felt safe here! The staff was nice and very helpful! Thumbs up to a very nice group of people! We were here for a Busch Gardens trip and this hotel accommodated that!
