I really like the breakfast. They have a really cool fresh pancake machine that does not get messy. When we checked in the front desk, man was so sweet. The beds were super soft, which I like. Only stayed one night, but lovely area trees all around highly recommend.

Great location. Just off exit and between Busch Gardens a d Colonial Williamsburg. Place was nice. Staff that we interacted with, were nice. Now I know the A/C systems in most hotel room are noisy. But this one was a little more noisy than most. Was late when this was discovered and didn’t fuss about it. Over all a nice place to stay.

This hotel is about 20 some minutes drive away from York Town or James Town where we visited and so is convinient for us. This hotel is clean, staffs are nice, breakfast is included (food choices not the best but OK), parking is free which is great.

We got our room, and the AC unit was making a terrible humming/ringing noise so we went back to the front desk. He was very quickly able to get us another room on the same floor, and even called back in about 10 minutes to check on us and make sure we were satisfied! The shower doesn't have great water pressure, but the bed was comfortable, the staff was great, the room and hotel were clean and quiet, and the breakfast was good. Can't beat it for the location and closeness to Busch Gardens!
