All good

Very nice property, but never attempted to accommodate a King bed as requested in advance and because I used “Orbitz”, lold me I received no benefit of my “Hilton Honors” membership and could not be upgraded nor book a room for a second night since I used the third party, “Expedia”… Never had that issue before using “Orbitz”, and have never used “Expedia”. Was nice otherwise but still overpriced for this older property using the “Hilton” name.

The breakfast was not a breakfast. It was a bottle of water, an apple, some kind of snack bar, and one of those miniature blueberry muffins in plastic wrap. I ate a bite or to and threw it away. I would have been better off stopping at 7-Eleven.

We were disappointed with the grab and go breakfast. We only got the breakfast the first day but it was so bad we didn’t get anymore. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns during then pandemic and still had a limited breakfast option. We hung our towels up thinking they would clean our room but let us reuse the towels. No one came to clean our room the whole 5 days we were there. We had to empty our own trash several times.

Clean property, friendly staff, and comfortable beds

The hotel is conveniently located to the Colonial Williamsburg area & restaurants.

We had no complaints at all . Everything was perfect!

Normal wear and tear of furnitures as expected. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

I enjoyed hot free breakfast and friendly front desk staff

The pictures online did not accurately reflect what the room looked like upon arrival. If I would have been able to tell that it was just a square room, I would never have booked this room. The walls were so thin we could hear people's conversations in other rooms each night, thus causing us not to sleep well. The eating area for breakfast was too small and crowded and we could not enjoy breakfast.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet section of Williamsburg, away from the main commercial strip. Overall, we found the property to be in good shape, though the hot tub was being repaired while we were there. The staff is a all very nice and attentive. The problem is the breakfast area is ridiculously small for the volume of people it hosts every morning. They need to increase seating by at least 50%, if not double it. I can’t stress enough how big a problem this is. You have to fight for a table every morning, and if you’re not quick someone else will grab it from you. It’s a real problem, and I wouldn’t stay here again unless I knew they had expanded the breakfast facilities. Breakfast offering is okay, I’ve seen better at newer hotels. It stays the same from morning to morning, with no real changes. And the coffee is terrible.

Great breakfast! Fast check in/check out. Always someone at the desk when we needed a toothbrush and had questions.

Room as below our standard. Decor, furniture and walls were old. Toilet was not anchored adequately and wobbled.

The room was not very clean. The pillows and felt looked old. We were placed in a handicap room and the shower soaked the entire floor. The trash was overflowing near the front door of the hotel. Not a pleasant experience for a hampton inn especially for the price.

Glad we stayed there. Would stay there again. Everything was clean and comfortable.
