I’ve been coming to Williamsburg several times every year for the last 42 years and this was my first stay at this property. It will also be my last. Check-in took forever, room took forever to find as it was outside and not marked, room was not clean, and when I woke up to shower and leave at 6:00 in the morning I discovered there were NO towels in the room. A call to the front desk to “Tony” was useless as he said I had to wait until housekeeping arrived....8-8:30! I checked out and asked Tony to leave a message for the Manager to call me. No one did. I called back on Monday and the person who answered said the Manager, ”Vanessa”, was there, but out on the property. I left another message. My call to Vanessa today proved equally useless as she had left for the day. I will never consider staying at this hotel again.

I liked that it was close to where I was visiting while I was there. I did not like the noise that my toilet kept making on and off all day and night, the lack of letters and numbers on the control panel for the A/C unit. There was a terrible amount of dust and mold in the A/C unit vent, there was a dead fly in one of the washcloths, numerous hairs on towels and washcloths, a dead spider on the vanity counter. I asked on the 1st night interior room instead of an exterior to avoid the noise, and was told no by a clerk without her even checking to see if anything was available. Thankfully we were out more than we were in the room, but those things were more than enough for me to never stay there again.

The first room giving upon check-in, lets just say housekeeping did not visit the room before we did. So they chaanged us to the next room which was muggy and smelled very bad and the air conditioner did not work. So they switch room for us once again, the next room same issue as before but this time not only did the air condotioner not work, neither did the phone or the TV. So they switched us to the four room, which things seem to work much better. By the way the entier weekend the WIFI was down at the hotel.

Beds were great but my bathroom ceiling and fan need some work.

I wish that there was a on site gym instead of us having to go to another hotel.

I was only there for on night on business, so not looking for a lot of bells and whistles. It was clean and quiet.....what I needed.

Room was okay. Carpet had a wet spot. The next day the room smelled moldy. We could hear everything the people next to us said through the walls. Heard their fussing, kids fighting and tv blaring. Will not stay at another Days Inn ever again.

Great easy access for pool and staff was flexible and quick with what I needed

The hotel was locared in a nice location for the price. Only issue we had was the pool was pretty cold for an infoor pool. Granted its December but the kiddos were looking forward to it. It became vey stuffy in the room but the AC wasn't working. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We would stay again.

Nice hotel for the price. Staff was friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast was a plus.

Pool was dirty and hot tub was just filthy. The water in the hot tub was dark and merky. Definitely needs a cleaning. Bed was very uncomfortable. No fridge in room. Could hear everything in the hallway.
