Property is in need of a total renovation. Exterior doors do not lock and accommodations are in desperate need of replacement.

It was close to our destination was a plus. A little disappointed in the overall impression, there was a handle missing from a dresser, one of the outlets was not working, there was no trash can in the bathroom, leftover shampoo from the previous stay, the sink plug was poorly constructed, one of the bath towels had what looked like toothpaste. Not our best stay, we will probably not stay there again.

Wasn’t worth the money. $100 dollars and it looked just like a overpriced highway motel. Shower wasn’t clean, heater made loud sound that didn’t let us sleep, we had to literally cover the window with the ironing board because the thick curtains didn’t close all the way through and the white curtains behind it were see through. The included breakfast was pitiful, only good thing were the bagels. The announcement said that it had an indoor pool, but we walked to it and the doors were locked. I don’t know if there was another entrance, but at that point we were just so fed up that we didn’t even ask.

Front desk staff were the best! Draper and others always went out of their way t help.

The room wasn’t very clean, stain on the curtain, a patch on the wall where the wall itself was just hanging off, carpet looked like it had been pulled up all along the edges. Went down for breakfast and it was literally bagel, boiled egg and cereal. Coffee but no decaf. The toilet in our room leaked every time you flushed it , hair all over the sink knobs. Had to ask for a lightbulb because the light at the bed didn’t have a lightbulb in it. Just overall very disappointed.

Ok

Good

Guy at front desk was rude but the room was nice but the TV remote did not work the TV wouldn’t change channels and you have to be 21 to stay and I requested towels at 7am and I left and came back and the maid had come in and took all towels and never brought the ones i requested and I had to call the desk to bring me more towels. And the guy at front desk would cut me off and was extremely rude!

Disgusting. I don't usually do bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. There was a used condom by the bed. We immediately left and found a better hotel down the street

It was nice and great for the price. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly, the room wasn’t perfectly clean but not too bad, and the breakfast was pretty gross.

the property is dated, needs some remodel, our room wasn't the freshest, an order of some sort was in the room and the furniture was ragged.

I’ve been coming to Williamsburg several times every year for the last 42 years and this was my first stay at this property. It will also be my last. Check-in took forever, room took forever to find as it was outside and not marked, room was not clean, and when I woke up to shower and leave at 6:00 in the morning I discovered there were NO towels in the room. A call to the front desk to “Tony” was useless as he said I had to wait until housekeeping arrived....8-8:30! I checked out and asked Tony to leave a message for the Manager to call me. No one did. I called back on Monday and the person who answered said the Manager, ”Vanessa”, was there, but out on the property. I left another message. My call to Vanessa today proved equally useless as she had left for the day. I will never consider staying at this hotel again.
