We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times. It's convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country. Several stores and places to eat close to the hotel. Staff is always friendly! Carpets could use a cleaning, but overall, the rooms seem clean.
