We had a terrible stay. There were roaches in 303-A, the kids staying above us were running, jumping, and banging until after 1:00 am. We contacted hotel staff regarding the noise but nothing was done. We also contacted the staff regarding the bugs and our general disappointment in our stay. We were given no apology and we were told to speak to the front desk manager after 11:30 am. Unbelievable!

First impressions are everything. Your staff at check-in, let me rephrase the one staff member who checked us in was unreal. He wears his bangs down to his lips. You couldn’t see his eyes or his nose, and I don’t think he had a brain cell in his head. I did find the rest of your staff very friendly.
