The staff was excellent. The place was huge. Plenty of room for us. The fireplace place kept the place warm it had everything we needed to cook. It was like being home. They only thing was we found nylon socks in living room under couch as we pulled out couch bed and one the restrooms toilet seat wasn't cleaned well,but other than that it was excellent

Been to this place several times. Bed was extremely comfortable. A little chilly at night even with the heat on. Flight was delayed was going to extend an extra night but the rate given and the rate online were two different rates so I changed my mind to just leave later and stay elsewhere for cheaper rate. Quiet neighborhood great visit extremely pleased.

The fireplace did not work. They offered to send a maintenance guy, but there were three orders before us. Therefore, they wouldn’t have come to the room until very late at night. There were no sheets/pillow for the sofa bed, so we had to wait for them to bring a set. The jacuzzi was ice cold! Hot water came out of the faucet for about three minutes, then turned ice cold. I prefer my jacuzzis hot. I couldn’t even use it because the tub didn’t fill enough to put the jets on (unless, of course, I wanted an ice bath.). My key card envelope stated check out was at 12:00 Nopn (VIP check out), yet I received a text stating we had to check out at 10:00. The text message had a link to check out. When I went to the link, the reservation number, price (which was lower than what I had actually paid) and the credit card company and number were not mine! So, I’d have to say our experience was poor. I can’t say I’d recommend it. When I asked to speak to the manager (it was a little after 9:00 am when I phoned the front desk), I was informed there were no managers to speak to as he (Alex) would not arrive until approximately 11:30. So no one could help me. I can’t say I’d recommend this place. Perhaps someone can phone me to discuss these issues.

The HVAC system in Unit 87B needs to be repaired. It is noisy and makes a loud thud when it shuts off. I was awakened at 3:35 am by the sound of the HVAC unit. From the bed, I thought someone had hit the front door. After going back to bed, I became aware that it was the sound of the HVAC unit that woke me. It made my stay unpleasant.

We stayed in room 136A and it was awesome. The room was clean, the only thing missing was one coffee mug which wasn’t a big deal. This is a timeshare place so they will offer free tickets to something or a Visa gift card in exchange for looking at the newer rooms. They were not pushy at all when we declined and even offered us some free coupons to local restaurants The property itself is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. There is a park on the property, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and beautiful scenery. The location is 10 min or so from Williamsburg and minutes from all major restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again. You won’t be disappointed. The whirlpool tub in the bathroom is also another nice addition to the room and the fireplace

The room wasn’t that clean. The bathroom toilet was dirty and shower/bathtub wasn’t that clean. Bed was basically broken and only could lay on it a certain way. Also it’s hard for Uber or DoorDash to find where u are out there. My food got sent elsewhere and I lost out on $50. That ppl that the front desk was nice and polite but other than that I will not stay here again.
