A last minute stay but they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We didn’t eat in as it was such a late booking but the host couldn’t have been more helpful and offered to cook for us personally- we didn’t take her up as wanted to see Leesburg. Think it is in its first year (building much older) but had a wonderfully restful stay. Wonderful bed in a large, clean and well-equipped room. Fabulous views as well. My only observation is that it needs more staff. The poor lady looking after us had to be everywhere but she coped admirably. Amazing amenities such as pool, home cinema, games room and extensive patios.

My husband and I were going to a wedding and decided to make the weekend a get away. The Manor itself is beautiful, lovely site overlooking fields and pastures. What we didn't realize was that they manor didn't honor hotels.com discounted rate and went ahead and charged us days before we were to arrive. We were unable to cancel and denied consideration for the discounted rate. If you want to pay over $300 for a night be our guest it wasn't that awesome to get the shaft like that. All meals are extra and pricey.

After our original plans fell through, a group of my husband, myself, and two other couples were fortunate enough to find availability at The Manor at Courtland Farm. We booked the poolhouse cottage for our entire group. Upon arriving, I was awestruck by the beautiful surroundings. Well-cared for horses and sheep happily grazed throughout the property. The cottage was clean, updated, and well-kept. The best part was the direct access to the beautiful pool (which was the perfect temperature for swimming). We spent a lot of our weekend swimming and relaxing, and we had fun late into the night surrounded by the beautiful serenade of frogs. Our entire group had an amazing time catching up and exploring the Leesburg area. Cliff was extremely attentive, and the entire staff at the manor at Courtland Farm assisted us with all of our needs. The staff even took care of securing transportation for us to and from some local breweries so that we could all safely participate in beer tastings! There were other guests on the property, but the manor was so vast and the layout was just so that we barely came across any other guests, and felt like we had the property to ourselves. This was exactly the weekend getaway we wanted and more, and would strongly recommend others to stay here! It was perfect and was a blessing after having a subhuman experience at the location we had originally intended to go!

We booked the presidential suite, and had the best experience. Staff was responsive and professional, and the views and residence were stunning. Dinner meal was satisfying, as they had a choice of options, and even catered to my wife, who is vegetarian and picky! Definitely will book again!

Stayed in the beautiful presidential suite. Was impressed by the welcome we received, and continued to receive from Jacqueline during our brief stay. Not only was our room incredibly lovely and comfortable, with a spectacular view to watch the sunset, the common rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. I would certainly stay here again for a weekend getaway! I'm sure the surrounding area is even more beautiful in the Spring and Summer time with all the flowers and trees blooming.

I was celebrating my best friend's major Birthday. I was able to book the Presidential Suite. Check out my photos! I have stayed all over the World in many 5 star hotels and this was right up there with any of them. Jacqueline hooked me up by adding Birthday balloons and fresh roses as we arrived. They had a complimentary local wine tasting with hors d'oeuvres and it was fantastic. We didn't eat the Manor breakfast but it smelled incredible. The Manor is only a few miles from Leesburg, but you feel as though you are miles from anywhere. I would recommend this for friends, romance, weddings, truly any type of getaway you are looking for. It is amazing!!!

Celebrated our anniversary weekend by staying at the Manor and also had other family activities in the area. Jan was a most gracious host and he also worked with me on a menu for our anniversary dinner. It was outstanding! Hope to get back there to stay again in the future and will definitely make the trip down once their farm-to-table restaurant opens. I highly recommend a stay!!

The Manor at Courtland Farms is a must-stay! If you enjoy a relaxing environment with high-end surrounds and hospitable hosts, you have to try out this B&B. The grounds are gorgeous, the main manor impressive with a variety of luxurious amenities, and the food is divine. Courtland Farms brings together all the best qualities of a B&B - peaceful, serene surroundings with a top-notch team that understands and provides superb hospitality. I will be returning many times over for years to come to enjoy the unique offerings of the one-of-a-kind vacation spot.

If I could give a zero I would!! The professionalism and contact from staff was awful. I booked the manor for my future in laws and after I booked, the owner decided to double book my reservation. This was for my wedding and after visiting the property and what I thought was a pleasant meeting, the very next day rooms are being offered to the public while they said I only booked the presidential suite. What was at first glance great and would make my in laws very happy during our wedding, turned into a nightmare. I went into two weeks trying to get in contact with who I thought was the owner and never heard back. Luckily air bnb had all the paperwork to back me up that I had reserved the entire manor and if i had canceled, given their strict policy, I would have lost over $4,000. If Air bnb hadn't stepped in, I would've taken them to court. I would highly tell anyone wanting to book with Courtland Farm to stay as far away as possible!! There's a code in business, and when you are shady and trying to be crooked, especially for a wedding, you are a pig of a business. I don't care how well you dress this pig up, it's still a pig of a business and it was the most unprofessional experience I ever been through. I will notify every vendor and business in the area of how bad Courtland Farms is and how sketchy they are. A Motel 6 in the slums would offer better service than this sketchy place.

My fiancé and I booked the full manor through Airbnb for my family to stay at the weekend of our wedding. There were no reviews which made us nervous but the property looked great so we decided to book. Because of the lack of reviews my fiancé confirmed in writing (multiple times) that we were reserving the full property and he even went out to look at it and met the man we thought was the owner. Later we found out he was actually just the property manager. It was a very nice meeting and he even told my fiancé he should bring my mother and I out to see the place. The very next day we were looking on Airbnb for additional houses to book for other wedding guests and to our surprise we saw almost all the rooms we had booked relisted for individual sale. He was double booking our rooms! When we looked back at our reservation it had been changed from the full property to just the master suite. To add insult to injury they changed the reservation without notifying us, but the price had not changed so we were being charged thousands of dollars for one room. We emailed Airbnb and they could see all the changes that had been made the night before and even noticed he was changing things while we were on the phone with them. Meanwhile he had not responded to multiple requests to speak to us. We finally got a hold of the man my fiancé met literally the day before and he acted as if he had not changed anything. This is when we found out he was not the owner but the property caretaker. We very clearly explained to him why we were so upset and he brushed us off and told us he "would work something out." We tried to contact him multiple times over the next two weeks and he never responded back to us. Because the property had a strict cancellation policy we would have lost thousands of dollars if we cancelled ourselves. We believe he was waiting to for us to do this so he wouldn’t get in trouble with his boss. Finally we had to get Airbnb involved and they cancelled our reservation and we were able to get our money back. Dealing with this property has by far been the most stressful part of wedding planning. There were other properties we missed out on in the area because we thought we had the manor set. I am beyond disappointed by the way we were treated. They told us they are trying to compete with the Salamander but they are a LONG way from that. DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION. They can't be trusted.
