I am contacting you because I have still not received my $200 hold refund, and after everything I experienced during my two-day stay, I am demanding a full refund for both nights immediately. I also expect someone to call me directly right now to resolve this. What happened at your hotel was beyond unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to be under new management. The conditions and behavior I witnessed were shocking. I personally heard front desk staff mocking guests and speaking about them with complete disrespect. One employee even said she would spit in a guest’s belongings, which is disgusting, unprofessional, and a serious health and safety violation. She also lied to customers by claiming certain items “weren’t available” simply because she didn’t like them. My room conditions were unhygienic and disturbing: The toilet did not work properly. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned before I arrived. There were visible stains on the bedding and covers — yuck. Basic essentials were missing, and staff had to go into another room just to bring me what should have already been provided.

Staff friendly, room comfortable. The toilet clogged so I went to the desk to ask for a plunger. No questions asked. The gentleman reached around the corner and handed me a plunger in a garbage bag. He asked me to return it when I was through. While returning it another guest stopped me and asked if she could use it next. Clearly an issue with your plumbing. FIX IT.

I have video proof on my rooms condition on the day of checkout. I will be speaking with my bank one more time before taking this further. The room was really clean and the staff was nice. It was almost a perfect stay until the morning of the third day when we found a roach in the bathroom. We left immediately and asked for a refund. Imagine our surprise when they didn’t even fully refund us for the night we weren’t there. I shouldn’t have to live with your bugs or pay for anytime that I was not there especially when you’ll tune around and rent out that same room that night. We left at 11ish which was plenty of time to clean and hopefully spray roach spray. So why were we only partially refunded?
