Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lobby area was bright and clean with a variety of snack choices. Room was clean, large and quiet.

Great location with easy access to food and shopping nearby. The facility was clean and the staff were very helpful. Bar and restaurant were closed due to COVID so I can’t comment on them.

Our room felt dirty and there was used dirty clothes under our beds. Everything was under construction and I feel like they should’ve disclosed that when booking a room. I’m not happy at all

I was there for a family wedding and had made reservations for my 2 sisters and myself. When I check in they insisted that I had already gotten the key to my room and had checked in. I explained that it was my sister who checked in. She then proceeded to give me a key and when I got to the room my sister was already in the room. I had to got back down and show them again that I had three reservations. They also had no AC I. The lobby when we checked in.

We reserved a room for five but they had no roll a bed available

What i didnt like from this place was that i had a family member that new i was staying there come up to the front asked for my room number and the staff gave them the room number and let them come to my hotel room at 7:30am, I didnt get a call from the front desk asking if it was ok for them to send them up or even give them my room number, luckily is no one strange to me or no one i had a problem with but what if i wouldve been running from an abusive relationship or something else, i think they need to be trained on that, also i forgot a few items and i been trying to call and no one answers the phone and when someone finally answer today, they advise me that there is no housekeepers at the moment and i should call back later, its 8am what you mean there is not housekeepers at this time??? Other than that place is excellent!!!!

Very nice and accommodating. Check out is not til 12:00, which is great. Airport shuttle was courteous and prompt.

Had to pay extra for breakfast Shower couldn’t be turned on without getting wet- and that was in a handicapped room. Several other small issues that we are not used to putting up with at a hotel.

Airport shuttle drivers were wonderful and Marquis at the front desk was very friendly.

Very nice, peaceful, and not far from D C, we just drove to whiele-reston and got on the metro.

Stayed two nights in a king Evolution room, which is ironic because the room was very old fashioned. The comforter on the bed didn't have a removable (washable) cotton cover like most hotels. Maybe the hotel washes the comforters every time but I doubt it. When I asked for an extra blanket I received a strange foamy one stiff with detergent (but at least I knew it was clean). Oddest part of the room is the opaque curtains that don't fully cover the window. They hang decoratively on the sides, leaving only a sheer white curtain to cover the whole window. Had the bright light of the Aloft hotel sign next door keeping me awake at night. Why have curtains like this?? Had to switch rooms twice because the first room reeked of cigarette smoke (despite being called nonsmoking), and the second was in a hall with loud partiers. The hotel is doing renovations although I didn't hear any noise during my stay. The rooms have mini fridges and microwaves and there's a small area off the reception desk to buy microwave food and snacks. The TV was oddly small; maybe 24".

Was a clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and receptive.

I recently spent a week at the Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North, during the cherry blossoms. The rooms were very clean, and the service was wonderful. The staff was super helpful with points of interest, places to eat, and even provided maps. Some staff did not speak good English, but after they understood your request they were more then willing to oblige. I would surely stay again.
