there was a noise non stop all night that seemed to come from an adjacent wall. I called the front desk (from my cell phone because the room phone did not work), multiple times to ask them to look into it. They said they will check but nothing was done, and they did not bother contacting me back with an update. When I got outside of the corridor in the morning, I noticed my room was next to the service elevator, which was working all night. I paid for a room, to be up all night due to the terrible noise. The only person that apologized for it was the receptionist upon check out.

I loved the view of the ships , walkable to the Wisconsin and downtown. We were right by the elevator so that was loud at night but other than that it was great!

Beautiful hotel a lot of amenities very comfortable bed best night sleep I had in quite some time the only thing that was an extreme negative was the glass sliding door over the bathroom it had a one and a half inch Gap to where if you were sitting on the toilet and someone came in the room you would make eye contact

Norfolk nightmare

Energy saving motion sensor AC meant that the room would constantly get hot and never reached anything below 72. Shower leaked all night, stains all over the bathroom mirror. No close parking unless you paid $35 a night for valet or $20 to park 4 blocks down the street.

Excellent accommodations. Every time I come to Norfolk and stay at the Sheraton I thoroughly enjoy myself. The room was clean. I had a great view and it was very quiet although there were a few festivals that were going on in the area this weekend. Sheraton is my go to.

Had a great stay! Had an issue with someone banging on our door a few times however, that was not hotels fault just an unruly person… o really was excellent and will absolutely stay again.

I liked that it wasn’t a long walk to the jazz festival. I didn’t like that they said I had made my reservation through a third party, didn’t like that they couldn’t explain the ‘incidental charge’ that was put on hold, didn’t like that i was told it might take 7 days to remove the incidental charges…depending upon my bank. Since they charge this…their staff should be aware of the reason
