Needs updates

I was surprised to see how damaged the room was. We were given a free upgrade to a harbor view rather than city view, which was nice for the water view however, the bath tub was so old we didn’t want to use it, the bed frame and white pain all over it and the pictures hanging on the wall were peeling. The chair and pillow in the room looked like someone had been living in it. While these things didn’t effect our quality of stay, when you stay at a Sheraton and have a pretty price tag, I would expect the room to reflect that.

Amazing staff

Hotel staff are amazing! There was a snafu with our room and they immediately got another room with a upgrade for us. Very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again.
